It wasn’t good

I ordered large poutine and this guy one barely put any cheese curds on top like regular size and when i asked for proper portions he said oh i put two cuz it was two full scoop and it was dry. I don’t think they have proper traning on portions size. it was very disappointing experience

Visitied on Tues Nov. 5th @ 12:40pm. My fiancé accidentally ordered a poutine with chili, the server exchanged it for what sue wanted with no question at all, and they were so quick and friendly! I'm extremely impressed with her professionalism and helpfulness!! 10/10

I went to nyf with my husband afew days ago and a short pretty girl with a lovely smile took my order,and she was so sweet! She made my fries and i loved how kindly she would if everything on the fries was okay for me., she is truly a sweet girl and makes great fries 🍟! She has sucha nice vibe and works very fast and smooth. Their whole team and all the other workers are great too! They all work together great, and they all make AWESOME fries!!!

I went to this locaton afew days ago and a short girl who spoke very sweet punjabi was so kind to me and helped me pick from all the options they had through samples. She was so energetic and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere at there location. She treated all customers so kindly and went above and beyond to make each customer satisfied and happy. The speed and efficiency of there whole crew was also so amazing especially considering how busy it was. BEST NYF LOCATION EVER!!!!!

I got a classic poutine was made well and tasted good till I bit into a rock I literally found a ROCK In my poutine!! A literal rock.

Do not order from this place on Uber eats. They will disrespectfully send you hotdog buns without the sausage and bunch of fries. Me and my friend ordered Veggie Fries Kit (deconstructed) and 3 Premium Hot Dog through ubereats today, and this what they delivered! Mind you, the bag wasn’t opened which means they sent it as it is. They didn’t even care enough to double check before sending. No veggies in sight for so called Veggie Fries Kit. No sausages, just buns. Then they asked me to re-order when I called and told me to spend my money again HAHA no, will never. Time is wasted for waiting this place to make my order, should’ve ordered from somewhere else. Honestly, do not order from here. So disrespectful to customers time.

The girl was working today at service she wear hijap on her head she was very rude I paid extra for green onion but she refused to add in my meal. Very unprofessional she shouldn't working in front because she will make store to loose more business. Never met sach rude person like her.i will never come on this store again because of her.

I dont like the food. There fries are overcooked even the butter chicken tastes weird. The potatoes that they use in the fries are definetly not of the good quality.
