The girl was working today at service she wear hijap on her head she was very rude I paid extra for green onion but she refused to add in my meal. Very unprofessional she shouldn't working in front because she will make store to loose more business. Never met sach rude person like her.i will never come on this store again because of her.

I dont like the food. There fries are overcooked even the butter chicken tastes weird. The potatoes that they use in the fries are definetly not of the good quality.

Hey, it's fries; what did you expect? I've been here a few times, and it's not bad. Sometimes, the fries are really soggy though. Don't get a large order if you aren't gonna eat it quickly.

IT HAD MOLD ON MY FRYS

Tried bacon double cheese large potion. Portion size is really worthy. Taste is good. Quick service.

The staff here seem to really like their jobs. There was one young woman in particular who was all about going above and beyond and seemed genuinely interested in wanting to know how your day is going and wanting to contribute in her own little way to make your day just a little bit better.

Had the WORST food poisoning after eating here. I’ll never eat a poutine ever again especially not from here.

I just ordered veggie fries from guildford mall on January 1,2025..I just noticed there was a hair in my fries..How you gonna serve unhygienic food to customers..why you guys are not wearing hairnets while working in a food…its really disappointed experience..I never visit their location again..You guys just risk the customer’s life while serving garbage food to them..

They don't peal their potato, just so you know. So if that's ok with you then go. Not me, i had trouble chewing and swallowing a potato peal. And as you can see in the picture, there's LOTS of it. But the poutine taste good, I would give 5 stars if not for the peals.

The teen Asian guy working there was so great! His tender eyes and beautiful smile warmed my heart - an experience I’ll never forget. I’ll be back for more if he’s working there
