New York Fries Guildford Town Centre

They don't peal their potato, just so you know. So if that's ok with you then go. Not me, i had trouble chewing and swallowing a potato peal. And as you can see in the picture, there's LOTS of it. But the poutine taste good, I would give 5 stars if not for the peals.

Went to this Guildford Mall location yesterday, but there was NO NEW YORK FRIES there. It was all boarded up. Next closest location is miles away. Not really worth the bus ride.

Not fresh the butter chicken

I love New York Fries- I pretty much order it whenever I'm at the mall. Today I ordered a meal of fries, gravy and a drink. Rather than charging me the meal price, they charged me separately for each item. When I realized and asked why, the agent said it was because I didn't ask for the meal by name. I was surprised and disappointed. The customers don't have the meals memorized by name, but in my experience at other establishments, they let you know if there's a meal for that, or they simply ring it in that way! Anyway, disappointing experience, especially since the person who rung me in didn't offer to correct it and was unbothered.
