I was there to pick an order from the DoorDash, but they denied me to give the order just because I don’t have the delivery back. I don’t think so. This is a reason to cancel or deny someone from giving the order if the person is doing hard work they should respect their hard work and I’m damn sure they are not following all rules and regulations. I just don’t have a bag and they wasted my time almost a half an hour, and then I lost my be off that order and I didn’t get a single penny from the store and the DoorDash as well I just wasted my gas, time get nothing

I order pizza for my family last evening. Our pizza was delivered an hour late from delivery time. It was cold. The guy who answered the phone call was way too rude timing was 07:30 pm. He didn’t show any respect toward customer concern and for delivery person- as he was rude to him, it was audible. This is my second encounter with the same store and phone person. Food was burnt last time . This time it was cold.

I ordered from Newton Pizza and was told it would take 40 minutes for delivery. It ended up taking over 1 hour and 15 minutes. When the pizza finally arrived, I asked the delivery lady why it took so long, and she responded with a harsh attitude, saying she delivers it only when she gets it. once we go the food it was cold. I called the restaurant several times during the wait, but they didn’t provide any clear updates. Overall, the long wait and unprofessional service were disappointing.

Excellent pizza; however, when the delivery driver does not speak English (he was lost, phoned me and when I spoke he said punjab only) and enters an area without authorization (signs were posted but driver can't read English either, not sure how the drivers license happened) and can't follow delivery instructions, I will never order from Newton Pizza again. This level of disrespect is new to me.

Almost Burnt pizza we have got. We had given order for takeaway. Totally worst service and chef doesn’t know how to cook and on what temperature pizza should be cooked. Ginger, Mushroom and other vegetables are added on paneer pizza, so that paneer quantity reduced.It is totally like people are learning there instead of serving best. There is no need to add extra ingredient and they should check what is the point to add ginger in a paneer pizza. It should be soft and cheesy, instead it is hard and burnt. We would never like to order anymore.

The pizza is incredibly delicious like not kidding one of the best indian style pizza in the world go for chipotle chicken well done if you’re looking for suggestion but god damn the cheap policies of ranch just pisses me off they shouldn’t be charging for ranch it should come with the pizza heard from my friends the owner is rude never saw him in person but Damn dude figured out a really amazing recipe so even thought I might not want to go cause of their ranch tactics the taste makes me go back
