Changed my rating because of the really bad customer service as of this year. 20 minutes turns to 30 or 45 or even an hour. Just tell me the time and I’ll come.

They need to figure out a solution to the high levels of orders. Waiting 30 mins is fine for pick up BUT being lied to and it actually being 1 hour is a drag. I didn’t appreciate the lie. I had to wait at their store upon arrival for ANOTHER 30 mins that was not worth it. Figure it out Newton Pizza!

I ordered newton classic and it was overdone, no flavour, they must use a cheap cheese as it did not look normal. I won't be going back!

Service is soooo slow. You’re told it will be 25 to 30 minutes for pickup but lately it has been taking double that time, 50 to 60 minutes.

I always order from here and never had an issue, I called tonight and got hung up, passed around just to see where my pizza is , I ordered at 5:43 , it’s now 7:15. I’m not impressed with the service tonight.

We do love newton pizza but never recommend the south surrey store. We ordered “Shahi Paneer” Pizza…..as you can see the picture it is totally burnt from the top. Moreover, seems like the pizza wasn’t freshly made as from the bottom the dough was soggy. They reheat the pizza to make it look like freshly made, but the truth top was burnt and bottom was soggy. I wish they will not do this to anybody in future….also do care about their customer’s dinner moment instead of spoiling dinner time.

Offer compensation for incorrect orders. Then proceed to not honor said compensation. They imply that customers lie about compensation. Overall incompetent customer service. If you're in the area, highly recommend Canadian 2 for 1 pizza or Chicago's Pizza Twist. :)

We ordered a gluten free pizza for someone with celiac disease. Upon coming home, our gluten free pizza was made incorrectly, resulting in no dinner available for our celiac family member. When calling the store, they told us we could receive a free pizza of our choice on our next order, marked on file. We called again tonight, spoke to Reet, to claim our free pizza, in addition to ordering 2 additional pizzas, and were told the discount was not on file and therefore they could not honour it. Reet also offered us no substitution of a discount on our order, because there was nothing written in our file. We tried explaining that having nothing written in file, was simply not our fault. Reet then insinuated that we were lying about the discount because it was not on file. She also stated that we might have already used the discount, once again assuming dishonesty. We have been customers of this establishment for 10 years. We asked the Reet, what she could do instead of the free pizza, and she said we could have $5 off. $5 off of 3 large pizzas…needless to say we cancelled our order and decided to go to a more deserving establishment. Train your staff, and don’t blame your customer for staff mistakes. I suggest going to Canadian 2 for 1 if you are from the area, amazing kind staff and delicious pizza!

Don’t ever get delivered. 1 hour of regular time usually turns into 2-3 hours. The pizza is delicious and the counter is polite but don’t ever get delivery. It’s infuriating and when you’re someone such as myself with epilepsy and no other options I’ll head other places from now on.
Their taco pizza is my favourite! It’s so good
