This is the first time i ordered in this location and the cashier was very RUDE and selective with her customers.VERY BAD Customer Service! I ordered everything pizza and 10 wings and made me wait for 35mins and the chicken wings was nothing like the honey garlic i get from other locations it was dry & burnt. I DO NOT Recommend this location!

It’s hard to know what kind of pizza you’ll get here. Some nights it comes out overdone, crust too hard, cheese browned past its limit. Other times it’s soft in the middle, like it never saw enough heat. The taste isn’t the problem -- it’s the inconsistency.
The wait times tell the same story. They’ll say twenty-five minutes, but it’s never ready when you arrive. You stand there another ten, sometimes longer. Once or twice they’ve clearly forgotten my order, but they won’t say it. They’ll just tell you it needs “a few more minutes” and rush it through.
What makes it worse isn’t the mistake -- it’s the way it’s handled. There’s no apology, no effort to make it right. No offer to make it better next time. You get the sense that customer service isn’t part of the job here.
A good shop owns its errors. This one doesn’t. The food could be decent, but the experience ruins it.
Two stars -- and that’s being generous.

I love this Pizza. They make it nice and brown which really makes it taste good. The prices are reasonable. If you pick up your own there is a discount. I would vote it the best take our pizza in South Surrey. They have about 5 people making pizza and they are always busy. They are making a high volume of pizza. Ingredients are fresh. If you see a pizza on the menu you want but ask to change something they are willing to do so.

Gurleen was impossible to deal with. Screwed up our pizza twice and refused to do anything about it. Also, they refuse to follow skip, door dash and Uber eats policies and will not seal your take out order. We've ordered from here twice a month for several years and will no longer order from here as there are several other options in the area that will treat their loyal customers with respect. This place has gone downhill severely, absolte junk. Trash.

The cost of my pizza was $46.00, including a tip and ‘delivery fee’ which was PICKED UP was again $46 but was charged $55. Isn’t that illegal?
I asked for it to be ready by 1:15, but they didn’t start making the pizza until I arrived to pay for it, at 1:15.

Staff who take the order from phone was rude, don’t even listen to customer properly. Veggies on pizza is not equally distributed. There other location’s employees which is on king George 26th ave was nice and take orders very carefully. I recommend other location, not Newton one.
