Nice Sushi is such a hidden gem! Tucked away but absolutely worth finding — the quality and freshness of the sushi really surprised me. The portions are generous, presentation is great, and the prices are almost unbeatable for the value you get. You can tell they put care into every dish, and it feels like one of those local spots you want to keep coming back to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious sushi without the steep price tag.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt really misled by the 4.8 stars on Google. Unfortunately, my experience at Nice Sushi was disappointing. The water had a strange taste, the edamame and spring rolls seemed microwaved, and overall the food just wasn’t enjoyable or worth the money. I was expecting something fresh and high quality based on the reviews, but it simply didn’t deliver. Very underwhelming, especially given the high rating.

First time trying this spot while walking around the neighborhood, and I’m glad I did! The Dynamite Roll was so good..less rice, more stuffing, and rolled perfectly. I’ll definitely be back!

Salmons avocado sushi yes, squid YES, spicy scallop roll (I didn’t like the bbq sauce on top it would be better without), - overall really fresh fish tasted good. Enjoyed the rice to fish ratio.

Such a cute place in the neighbourhood with fresh ingredients, quick and friendly in service. Their food ks always made with great care and quality. Either you go with sushi, sashimi or yakisoba. They all taste fresh.

Nice Sushi is our go-to spot for dinner or takeout (love the 10% off for ordering ahead!). The owner is always so kind, and last time, he even made two adorable baby sushi for my little one just starting on solids—it was such a thoughtful touch. Great food, great service. 100% recommend!

The new spot for great sushi in South Surrey. Dining in is super cozy and quiet, but beware the place is small, only 4 tables and a bar. Some of the finest presentation of sushi south of the river.

I’ve never had a simple Agedashi Tofu with such a tasteful seaweed garnish and presentation before. Sunset roll has a perfect texture and the Sweetheart roll was also great.

This has become our new favourite sushi place! We have been here several times and always have a great experience. The food is delicious and the portion size is generous. Our go-to order is the sweetheart roll, the pink Philadelphia roll, and the tuna maki. Highly recommend Nice Sushi!
