The atmosphere was really good. It was a cute cafe with lot of space. I went there with my friend. We ordered two lattes and nachos. The server who gave us coffee was not very nice. She spilled it all over the plate and gave to me as if my cup was not all dirty from outside and left. Me and my friend was in a bit of shock ? and then when we called her that she spilled it, she said, “ what do you want me to do?” Very rude, she kind of spoiled our mood. But the other girl who served nachos really made it a good experience with her warm smile and welcoming nature. I hope she had served us coffee too. Overall eliminating that server from the experience, it was really great. Can come back but i have to double check that she is not working on that day.

I stumbled upon this place while searching for a quiet spot to study and enjoy brunch. Other cafes tend to be too noisy and crowded, making it hard to focus. This place has a really clean interior and outstanding customer service. The food is fresh and comes out quickly, and the London Fog the staff recommended completely won me over. They checked in on my meal and made sure I had everything I needed. I definitely plan to come back regularly for the great brunch and service. Thank you, NO.24 :)

I went here for brunch this morning and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the breakfast poutine. When it came it was a tasteless soggy mess. I ate two bites and put my plate aside. The waitress asked what was wrong and I told her it was very soggy. She asked if I wanted anything else but I said no. Another waitress came up and asked if I would like 10 percent off. I thought they should have taken this off the bill but thought this was better than nothing. When the bill came they hadn’t taken the 10 percent off but gave me a voucher for 10 percent off on my next visit….what a joke! I spent over $20 on a plain coffee and two bites of a disgusting mess. Needless to say the food needs an improvement and so does the customer service. I won’t be back.

After watching a movie at Caprice Theater, we were in the mood for coffee. We searched for a nearby café and found this spot. Upon entering, we realized it was more of a full restaurant, but they kindly accommodated our request for takeout coffee and tea. We ordered a latte and peppermint tea, but I couldn't resist adding a dacquoise and chocolate cake to the order. The cakes were delicious, but we had an issue with the coffee cups—the lids didn’t stay on well due to the heat, which made it difficult to drink while driving home. Despite that, we loved the atmosphere of the bistro and look forward to coming back to try their food.

I am a lover of new places with amazing ambiances, great customer service and good food! While I was waiting to see an eye doctor today, I stopped in to grab a quick coffee but ended up getting a meal and realizing this place also offers High Tea hour 6 days a week! I got the Early Morning Breakfast with a Baileys Coffee and almost got the Raspberry Pistachio cake because it looked so delicious. The food was a good portion to fill the appetite and our waitress was so lovely....we didn't catch her name but the staff there was really great. I highly recommend this place and I will be back to study there!

We ordered a baked Pomodoro gnocchi without bacon, emphasizing multiple times that we wanted the dish without bacon, the server acknowledged that we wanted it without bacon . We were served the dish with bacon. We discovered this halfway into the meal itself after eating bacon. I would not recommend eating here if you have a restricted diet, allergies, or are a vegetarian. They remade the dish and gave us a small pastry as an apology. We were not comped for the dish as I would have done back when I worked in the industry. For that reason service is rated a 1. Food at 2 because the pastry tasted good. Overall the experience was catastrophically terrible.

I had a tiramisu roll cake with a friend and it was delicious. The atmosphere was nice and the prices were reasonable. The coffee tastes really good too. Highly recommended. Parking was easy and there weren't many people so it was quiet.
First time visit, service was excellent. Food was good, except some of the salad was wilted and yellowed. We pointed this out just to let them know after our meal, and they were appreciative and gave us a pastry, which was unexpected but appreciated. We will certainly be coming back based on the service and quality of food. The coffees were spectacular!

Took my son here for breakfast and had a lovely experience! The staff were so kind, friendly and attentive! They even brought my son his own plate and Cutlery to share with me (he's 2 and this has never happened elsewhere). The coffee is really nice and avo Benny is delicious! Can't wait to go back and try some of the cakes!

The food was ok but the service was so bad. When asking for help, the server rolled her eyes and told me: I am busy. And on top of that, they put a mandatory 18% tips on the bill, which I paid reluctantly. Oh well, I won’t be going there again.
After reading the restaurant’s review, I could only say that: Yes, you keep LYING! Since I couldn’t reply to your reply as a customer. You should really ask your server - the lady who rolled her eyes and gave us long face the whole time!!! When we asked for anything, she just replied with: I am busy! Even after that, there was no argument and we paid for 18% tips gracefully, but was asked for additional tips on top of that! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!
