We had the Teriyaki and the Thai Curry. It just wasn't good for us. All of the veggies were uncooked. Some of the noodles were soggy and some were undercooked and not flavorful. The meats were also flavorless and I guess the sauces was supposed to do all the flavoring but all we can taste is salty soy sauce and fish sauce. Customer service wasn't too friendly. We said hello when we came in and goodbye when we left both without any responce. Over all even Mall Chinese food is better. I hope it gets better in the future for them. $40 for 2 people was not worth the 2 noodle bowls.

Visited this location last week and it was a 10/10. Not only was the food extremely good, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. It was our first time trying Noodlebox so we were a bit indecisive and the staff made the process so much easier, by suggesting their favorites and as well as others. We genuinely loved everything we got and can’t wait to go back!

Used to eat at the Downtown one all the time. Went to this location.... $20 for a dish including the chicken which cost $4.00... 3 pieces of chicken , very few noodles and way to much sauce.

Do not order food here. They had a change in management and staff it seems in last 3-6 months and this place took a hard dive. The las few months I’ve tried to eat here and finally today was the last time I would give them a shot. I ordered bowl for takeout and unfortunately was not only somehow completely dry and devoid of sauce but there was a strong “soapy/floral” aroma when I opened it which at first seemed strange. I got maybe 4 bites into it before I realized it was actually literally just soap and I can feel the chemical sting of it. It’s not spicy at all, I LOVE spicy food, and it was one of the reasons I would go to Noodlebox in the past, but no this was just straight up soap in a dry box of noodles. These guys have no idea what they are doing. Sad to say, sad to see.
