I've enjoyed Noodlebox since the first one opened in Vancouver and have been many times. Unfortunately this location hasn't worked for me all 3 times I've been so far. The first time it was intensely salty, the second time was way too sweet, and third time they messed up our order and had to remake it 2 extra times. They caught it themselves and remade it once, then 2nd attempt we took it home and they had reversed the spice level on the two meals, then 3rd time, the one meal was still spicy when it was meant to be mild and the other meal was barely detectable spice when it was meant to be med+ hot plus the ribbon noodles were mush.

A couple of the dishes are well prepared. I found inconsistencies in the flavor of the foods. We ordered a simple fried rice for the kids and the first time we had it, it was okay, the second order was horrible, overdose of soya sauce. The peanut sauce noodle dish was too thick and basically consisted of peanut butter and hot peppers with noodles...Staff is friendly. Subsequently ordered Pad Thai and it was so undercooked, I had to send it back. The second time, it was no different. The guy doing the cooking is some Indian foreign student who probably never had Pad Thai in his life.

I have eaten spicy peanut at many restaurants but here can say that When I was eating it I was at top of the moon. Chef Mr. Vipin Kundu having magic in his hands. Love this place and everyone should try it.

Great service and atmosphere! Tried the shoyu ramen and it was delicious, lots of different flavors. I think adding a bit more ramen noodles would have made it even more Fantastic ?

Fantastic service! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with our large takeout order. They made the whole experience enjoyable and were a pleasure to deal with. Lots of vegan/veggie/gluten free options. Highly recommend!
