I ordered brown sugar milk tea with pearls. The amount of brown sugar it has is crazy as you can see in the picture. And the quantity of milk is so less. It taste like a lot of sugar in water. I have to throw this otherwise I will get diabetes for real.

Went in about a week ago, ordered two bubble teas for me and my friend. We got in her car and she tried to put the straw into her cup and it ended up exploding on her. The whole cup came apart. She was covered in bubble tea, she ran back in to ask for napkins. The employee who made the drink was apologetic and offered to make her a new one, then the owner came to the front and he told my friend it was her fault and she clearly wasn’t holding the cup when she put the straw in. He then proceeded to back track the previous offer made by the employee and my friend paid for another bubble tea. Mine also made a mess but thankfully the cup stayed intact. Bubble tea was super mediocre but the customer service by the owner is what is astonishing to me. Won’t be back.

I've noticed an improvement in the quality of food and boba. This restaurant is usually inconsistent with food quality, especially with their defrosted bobas. But the past few times I have tried this place out the food and boba was actually fresh. I ordered boba, waffles, squid, and green beans. They were out of green beans, but the rest of the food was delicious.
If the restaurant continues to have an increase in food quality, and restaurant aesthetics, I will raise my rating.

Amazing place to get bubble tea and even more! The only reason it got 4 stars is because the lids are so hard to poke through that it completely ripped the container, but the staff were so nice they remade it on the house. So great place, just be careful when you're putting the straw in.

Walked here this past Sunday to get bubble tea. Opening hours say 12 pm and we get there at 1215 and still not opened. Poor employee was even waiting outside with us and we were told she was waiting for the owner to open up. Owner comes in his purple Tesla (I only say this as a confirmation that this review is not fake) at 1230. Not a hello, not a oh sorry I made you wait, nothing. Figured he would at least be somewhat pleasant when it came time to order, nope. Bubble tea is bubble tea and is the same everywhere. Good luck retaining customers if this is your way of providing customer service.
I have never had soup that was so disgusting. They wontons tasted like they were freezer burnt, and they were barely cooked. They’re hot and the sour soup had zero flavor, not hot or sour and lacking in the vegetable department.

The place is dirty, the service is rude and they over charged me. I wish they would be direct about their prices. Its a shame.

Made a huge mistake and got a Hot Milk Tea. I wanted to support a small business instead of going to Tim’s so when I saw that they did hot drinks I opted to go in. I got a strawberry milk tea which was the colour of pepto bismuth and was in a plastic bubble tea cup. So scalding hot I couldn’t drink it and, by the time I could, it tasted like plastic so I had to toss it.

Their dishes are delicious and one of my go-to's for takeout but I mostly keep coming back here for their bubble waffle ! It's my favorite place to get it, perfectly crunchy on the outside but soft and filled on the inside. Definitely in a whole different league compared to other places' bubble waffles haha.

My friend and I were ordering online as we were hungry and on the way to Cloverdale to pick some stuff up, so we obviously went for O My Tea Cafe with a semi-large order. After 20 minutes of driving over, our order was not done yet (that’s fair), so as we’re watching one of the ladies put one of the bubble waffles on the counter, it falls onto the ground and she proceeds to put it back on the counter. We let it slide as it was still in the bag and say nothing as we understand.Fast forward as we get our food, Im sitting with my bubble tea and my friend wanted a couple bites out of her food before we hit the road again. Lady refused adamantly to give us cutlery, and then had a male employee come to tell us we weren’t allowed to eat their food in the store if they were in take out boxes because they weren’t a “fast food restaurant”. We understood having a reputation, but there was literally no one in the restaurant that cared, plus, how did they expect me to eat my bubble waffle? On a plate???? They gave me a bagI’m utterly confused that they want to promote themselves as an upscale cafe but have boxes laying around, unsanitary food protocols, and not let customers even eat a bit of their food in takeout boxes. Not worth coming back to.
