I was throughly disappointed with my experience here. When I first walked in, the restaurant was messy and very unclean. There were boxes in the seating area, and the food prep stations behind the cashier looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. On top of that, the bubble tea was watered down and almost chalky. I got the mango milk tea which I ended up tossing because it was so bad. I wish I had walked out of that place the second I walked in.

maybe i’m just picky but i went here maybe a month ago? but i got the regular bubble tea thinking it would be good! but it had no ice, no flavour straight up watered down tea 🍵. i’m never coming here for bubble tea ever. i’ve eaten some of the bubble waffles and the food and it’s quite decent. that’s all, don’t get bubble tea here if you don’t want watered down drinks

decent bubble tea place. the bubble waffles are really good ! i don’t really like the bubble tea and the chairs feel really sticky and the tables look so dirty and oily. the candy and seeweed is quiet overpriced.

Worst restaurant experience. The wait took 30 minutes and the portions are small for their prices. The food wasn’t worth the wait time. The restaurant wasn’t even busy as we were the only ones there at their opening time.. When we entered the restaurant the workers didn’t even greet us but just stared at us without saying anything for 30seconds. The tan tan noodle that we ordered, the udon was super overcooked and it just tasted like soggy noodles with peanuts. For the bubble waffle, they didn’t serve us a knife to cut the waffle and we had to ask for it. The food didn’t come at the same time too, the ramen and the waffle came together, but the tan tan noodle came after 15min, even came after my friends finished their meal. Lastly, when we were leaving the restaurant, the employees didn’t greet us and were seen on their phones. I wouldn’t come to this restaurant again.

The food is great but the interior needs a lot of work. I truly believe O My Tea has significant potential to be a great hangout/study restaurant in Surrey, however, the aesthetics really take away from the experience. Yes, you are eating amazing bingsoo and bubble waffle, but you are looking at a makeshift stockroom, miscellaneous items laying around, and cheap and unsanitary furniture. With that being said, I am so happy to see a bingsoo place in Surrey after snowy village closed down at guildford. The prices are very fair and you get a great amount. The milky oreo bingsoo was tasty and presentation was excellent. The bubble waffle was a yummy snack. I will definitely be returning to try out their other food options such as ramen and donburi! The menu has a very wide and diverse range of options which piques my interest. I’m excited to see if this place can improve their interior design, then it will earn 5 stars!

I was super hesitant to order due to most of the negative reviews here on google but I frequently pass this place when I take my son to his dr app just upstairs in the same building. It smells soo delightful like bubble waffles & night market street food
We ordered the buy 1, get 1 boneless chicken rice platter, with 3 spring rolls & sweet n sour sauce. Chicken is comparable to bubble worlds' salty peppery chicken nuggets but with less seasoning and grease. $21 for two platters and 2 small drinks I was hoping the squid would be the same (tentacles) but it was similar to any Chinese dimsum style squid; cut into bite size pieces. It was seasoned very well!
Bubble waffle was cold due to being packed with the cold drinks, just heated for 5 mins in air fryer and it was just as fresh.
The passion fruit tea was non customizable and I would say it was made just right to my liking. Not too sweet or bland.
My review is more of a warning if people want to order through UberEats.
I had ordered two bubble teas and a bubble waffle through UberEats. The restaurant accepted my order and then I get a call from someone telling me that they ran out of waffle and to cancel the order on my end.
I (naively) do so thinking that I won’t be charged. However, I was wrong and was still charged the full amount even tho THEY asked me to cancel. UberEats will not refund me and advised that if the restaurant asks us to cancel then we have to tell them to cancel in-app on their end. Or else we get charged the full amount. Shouldn’t the establishment know this? I got charged and does the restaurant still get my money? Felt scammy.
I don’t know if they do this often to customers but I just wanted to put out a PSA.

Quick and satisfied the bubbletea craving in a pinch!
Tried the bubble waffle and it lives up to expectations; crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Ice cream was a tad sweet for my taste but not bad if you had savoury food beforehand!

When I was searching for food nearby, I found this restaurant by reading Google Reviews. But as soon as I entered, I found that the floor and dining table were very greasy. I went with my son and the high chair was very dirty.
I ordered Japanese ramen, but it tasted more like Chinese ramen.... the service and price point were OK. But I won't come back again
