Called to place an order over the phone and the guy who answered was incredibly rude and condescending. Ordered the classic banh mi and was severely disappointed by the quality and taste of the food. Firstly, the bread tasted like old bread despite being toasted. Barely any vegetables and way too much meat so it tasted like I was eating bread and meat. I didn't get any flavors of the pickled vegetables at all. Also the mayo tasted like it has been sitting out all day, really disgusting taste. The sandwich did not taste balanced in flavor and was not fresh. On the plus side, the lady at the counter was friendly though. Overall, would not return and do not recommend.

Great Banh Mi!!! So tasty and fresh! The bun is so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It was the perfect ratio of items that made my lunch wonderful!! Thank you!!
First time I’m trying ohbanhmi!!! Amazing sandwich. I got the classic and the lady working said I can add xiu mai too because I was asking about it and I’m really happy she offered it to me because it was delicious. Food was tasty and staff were friendly.

Excellent taste of banh mi with variety of options. We had the Deluxe and Beef Satay; both were delicious and filled with butter, pate and meat heaven. The pickled daikon and carrot added a special sour layer to banh mi and tasted very homemade. It's take out only but there is some outdoor seating.
Each of our banh mi cost around $8.xx and made two meals since I could only finish half a load each time. They sell marinaded meat packages (that are used in their banh mi like satay beef, lemongrass chicken), cha lua and frozen bao buns. If you register to their rewards then it's 10 banh mi for 1 free. Did I mention their branding and packages were adorable? I love the mini banh mi washi tape kk ?
Definitely a come back for me ?

I used to eat banh mi years ago when I lived in Alberta, and I could not find the same after moving back to BC. After too many disappointing, soggy sub sandwiches, I gave up. Then Obanhmi pops up on Uber eats! It looked like what I've been craving for nearly 20 years, so I gave it a try and it did not disappoint! Fresh, crunchy veggies, juicy, flavorful chicken and legit crusty bread! Come on! I'm so happy! I'll be ordering on repeat!
