I don’t understand why there’s so many bad reviews. The price is really good for what you get and the fish is really fresh. Would recommend :)

My roommates and I just ordered s'mores brownies from their "Brownie by the Pound" location in Kamloops and instead of gram crackers on top they put saltine crackers on it! All four brownie were also burnt! We have ordered from them before and we are just blown away with the lack of respect for their customers.
Got food through Uber Eats, horrible portion size versus the picture and description

Got the spicy tuna bowl thru Doordash. Absolutely disgusting. The veg was wilted and the rice was way undercooked. I could only eat the tuna. The rest went in the trash. For $20 a bowl, this is so unacceptable. Not impressed!
Wow. Wow wow wow. Cold rice, warm tuna. A portion for a child that costs 20$. Don’t waste your money here

Horrible!! Don’t order from here, just ordered delivery food looked good… rice was hard cold and in chunks, clearly old. I took a bite out of something for it to taste extremely sour, old and very distasteful NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.
Horrible, absolutely horrible! I ordered a cali burrito, it was nothing like they advertised. It was wrapped in a tortilla! If I wanted Mexican, I would have ordered Mexican! This is the third time of disappointment. NEVER AGAIN! Please save your money and order from somewhere else.
don’t waste your money, and order somewhere else. we thought ordering here would be fun since we hadn’t ever had a poke bowl. rice hard as a rock and stuck in chunk, tuna was gross and has a soggy piece of seaweed stuck to the bottom. asked for no tempura, thinking these were made fresh, to find it all in the food. tried to eat it since it was way over priced, couldn’t and felt so sick and described to just go get something else.
$17.50+ for white rice, frozen tuna, and mayo. Order it spicy if you want jalapeño that’ll burn out your tastebuds so you don’t have to taste the food in regret. Bogo deal on ubereats but they’ll cancel your order without reason 30 mins in after they’ve accepted it. When I say frozen tuna, I mean ice chunked tuna, still amazed on how they managed to form them into balls for presentation. 0.25 star for not cancelling my order. 0.25 star for it being the right order. 0.25 star for cutleries and bag. 0.25 star because google didn’t allow to post 0 star.Tldr: worst poke I’ve had with ice chunks tuna, small portion for $17.50, tasteless sauces, cancels order after 30 mins of accepting. Do not recommend.
Despite the two not-so-good reviews, I wanted to try this "virtual kitchen." It's a strange concept marketed to today's food delivery market, which is smart idea, I just hate the gig job economy. I opted to pick up from in-store but you have to walk into The Henry to get it. Not a deal breaker, but there's no signage to indicate you're at the right place. In fact, if you walk past you end up at JRG headquarters with a sign that says "this must be the place" so of course I walked in. Nope, wrong place, just cryptic and edgy. The food itself was actually really good. I'm Asian and picky about my rice, but it was pretty perfect sushi rice. The bowl was a good size for what I payed, and everything was fresh. I got the Maui Wowee bowl and it was everything I dreamed it would be. If everything else hadn't been an awkward and overall weird experience, I would have given 5 stars based on the food alone. My other issue that I had with it, and maybe they'll see this and implement some edits, is I ordered at 12:45 hoping to pick up at 1, maybe even 1:30 and when I got my email for pick up, it was for 2 pm. A little ridiculous for some rice and veggies and raw fish.Additionally, there was no comments field when ordering, no where to indicate I didn't want cutlery or a bag, which both go straight in the garbage. No I don't care about the $0.25, I just didn't want a bag and I have cutlery.I'm sure I'll order again or try one of the other 5 or so other "restaurants" that opened out of The Henry, but I hope they work out some of the kinks.

Extremely disappointed. I paid $23 for a bowl and it was horribly overpriced and not great value. I paid $5 for double chicken and there were, no joke, 6 cubes of chicken the size of dice. So if that’s double meat, you’re telling me I paid extra for extra protein and didn’t even get half a chicken breast worth of meat? I also paid $1.50 for avocado. I got exactly two thin slices. Again, not even a quarter of an avocado. The bowl was 90% overcooked clumpy rice with tiny amount of vegetable and even smaller portions of meat, despite again, me paying FIVE dollars for extra meat. What an absolute scam
They cancelled my order without giving me any reason..
The food is super delicious.
