Food and service was outstanding. Ambiance and our room was private and perfect for a small gathering for my sisters 70th birthday. They couldn't have been more accommodating. Great experience. We will definitely be back.
We decided to have our company Christmas dinner at The Old Surrey Restaurant this year rather than hosting in our home, as in previous years. To our delight, we had our own private room and our server, Mary, went above and beyond to make our evening special. The food was fantastic and the portions were generous. Thank you so much to Mary, the Chefs, and all of the other people working in the background! We will be returning, hopefully sooner than next Christmas season!
Enjoyed a quiet dinner with friends. The lighting could have been lower. Stand out was the beet salad, nicely split in two. Table service for our friends Caesar salad was performed with a smile.
Less friendly was our server ?Natalia.. my spouse commented that she looked like she’d rather be elsewhere. Not a smile or any interest.. even bring a pepper shaker ( because ‘the grinder has to stay on the cart’) seemed to be a favour. I finally asked for refills when...
