OPA! of Greece Central City

I ordered vegetarian falafel wrap and the Indian girl who was working over there she did not told me we are frying in the same fryer. And I noticed that she was frying shrimps in the same fryer. When I ask her she refused it and told me oh it’s a sea food. What the hell. You have to tell the people we are using the same fryer for both. And the way of talking was not acceptable. Totally disappointed by their attitude.

Worker did not understand the simple instruction of subbing tzaziki for hummus, then had the audacity to ask me if i wanted hummus on the side or in the wrap when its standard for me to get both.

Had an amazing experience there, food was very delicious and the staff was also amazing. Specially on Saturday afternoons. Must visit.👍🏻

The food was pretty amazing, chicken bowl was the most fantastic and the staff was also amazing. There was a girl named meet she was very sweet. Overall Amazing experience 👍🏻

Loved the chicken wrap, fries and greek salad! Delicious, generous portions, and 10/10 taste. The customer service was outstanding, especially the young employee who was incredibly efficient while handling multiple tasks. He warmed my chicken and easily changed my order. Highly recommend!

I tried all the outlets in food court but OPA ! Is my favourite. I am such a foodie person, I tried it for the first time and it wins my taste buds. The kind of food I was looking for. I ordered falafels snack bites and veggie platter with chicken skewers. Really loved the taste.
The staff is friendly & polite, the attendant explained the menu order with patience and I did went back to her giving my verbal review. The cleanliness at the encounter is 10/10 and so is their making. Very fresh and tidy. Highly recommended to try.

great experience The lamb was juicy and cooked perfectly—not dry at all. The fresh vegetable salad was a great addition and tasted very freshly The kitchenitself is clean and well-maintained, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal

I love Opa! I've sampled many of the franchises around the Vancouver. This Central City location is easily my favourite. The people are friendly and accommodating (can't say the same for the Lougheed Mall Opa). I always get a great deal on food but most of all, smiles and quick service. Can't recommend enough.

Hii,Several day ago, I ordered food from this location and requested them to make the fresh chicken and the cashier mentioned that they just made it fresh. I ate it and felt some weird taste as they served me the stale food. I got food poisoning and was not able to go to work for two days. Yesterday I went there the informed the front counter person the whole incident that happened with me just because they lied and gave me the old cooked food, even though I made a request of making it fresh. She apologized for it. However, as i work in the same food court, their owner came to my workplace today and started shouting at me just because I did not like their food. This left me speechless because it is literally harrasment. I do not understand how a person can run a franchise with such attitude. I don't know how they can run a business if they cannot respect their customers. This owner is ruining your company's reputation. Please consider my request.

Recommended dishes: Santorini Salad

I have eaten here before and it was decent but tonight we got the gyros and had virtually no meat in either, just bread and sauce. The rice was half what we got last time, there were two pieces of potato that were half the size of a ping pong ball, the fries were beyond soggy and the salad was 99% chic peas, almost nothing else. To say we are disappointed is an understatement, I would have been better off making KD and I would have been more satisfied. $50 is a lot of money for bread and soggy fries. I don't know if they sold the franchise to cheapskates who are just out to cut corners but that certainly seems like the case, but that just seems to be how Canada is going these days.

Don't eat here, you will absolutely waste your money and the food is below mediocre.

Oh wonderful, now I'm throwing up... I hope this place gets shut down.

I ordered two Gyro Pita wraps, and they could've been a vegetarian option with the amount of meat and filling in them. It was like eating a sandwich few some overly salted morsels of meat with few scraps of lettuce and sauce drizzled on top. No mention of the tomato, onion or other fillings requested.

Functionally it was two stale pita breads with a pretension of toppings. I will never order from this restaurant again, and I would recommend others to avoid it as well. Exceptionally unpleasant dining experience.

Great customer service... friendly Reps

My brother and I visited today for a quick bite after our shopping spree in the mall. While we took our time to go through the menu, the employee (Sujan- shoutout to you!) was there by himself and waited for us very patiently to come and order at the till. He was very polite & helpful and even made some suggestions. He was later joined by another lady but we saw him get our food ready all alone within a couple of minutes- fresh as it gets and the portion sizes were great!
This gentleman deserves a hike in his pay. ?

Vegetarian options: The veggie or falafel pita wraps are a great deal and don’t forget to pair them with their signature fries!

Great wraps, authentic flavour, good promotions, lovely staff. Verity menu. Nice food packaging. Service is fast. I will visit the restaurant to try other menu items. The taste of food is close to the Mediterranean cuisines.
