Food is usually ok here but this time my Gyros meat was burnt, they also forgot my pita wrap as part of the takeout order.

Store closes at 11pm. I arrive at 945pm. I see staff cleaning their floors and grill. When I ask to order the chicken platter, staff states that they are closing in 45m and only fried food is available. This is an inconvenience to anyone who prefers driving to the store to get fresh food instead of delivery. Its possible that sometimes we get stale or cold/improperly cooked food during deliveries is because of employees like this pre cook items for order. They want to go home on time, so they clean their equipment during business hours. Franchise owners should consider paying their employees the extra 30 minutes or how ever long it takes to clean their equipment at the end of their shift.

I ordered two chicken pita wraps through Uber Eats. It was the worst wrap I ever ate. It was just thick bread. The chicken and toppings were very few. waste of money.

I was about to response back to the owners comment on my review and noticed that it's gone. Not sure if it was deleted or a glitch in the system.
Anyways, my wife loves OPA specifically your calamari. She's been really sick lately and wanted OPA for dinner. When I came to grab dinner, I decided to get something for myself. I had an issue with what I was served as the portion to cost ratio was off and I was given something extra after having to speak up about it.
Unfortunately, my wife was very disappointed with her calamari. Making her happy was ultimately my goal as I wouldn't have chosen OPA for dinner. I'm not sure if the oil was old or something was off with the calamari but it tasted stale and the salad was all soggy,.soft etc. I tried the calamari to see if it's just my wife's taste buds due to being under the weather but no it wasn't good. I didn't bother driving back as the experience from the beginning with my food wasn't the greatest. Also, I live 15 minutes away and everything was cold. I understand that food does get cold but it wasn't even warm. Overall a bad experience when I was trying to put a smile on my wife's face.

They should really wear something on their beards to make sure hair doesn’t get into the food they are preparing, safe to say I will never return to this location
It was my first time trying OPA. The food was okay, I would say. The cashier messed up when I asked for only half jalapeños on one wrap and made it spicy, while the other (the one I wanted spicy) was made without any. The wraps were okay, and the shrimp one was pretty good, but the gyro meat was salty. Salad is super good, though. The kids' meal was pretty meh. My daughter didn't like the meat, just beef skewer, rice, and pita bread. The fries were just okay too. It was nice and clean inside, and all the veggies were fresh and delicious. It's not bad if you like Greek cuisine, but the kids might not enjoy the menu much.

Pulled this piece of hair out of my rice while I was chewing and I’m quite disgusted. Before they even try to say I placed it there myself I wear a hijab and have zero hair out. I will be sending this to corporate as this needs to be taken seriously.
Staff during my visit and the customer was great but that doesn’t make it worth finding their hair in my good.
The staff is so so rude!

The staff is very rude. And they talk like they are doing a favour on you.
I love this place to visit

Lets be real here, the food overall is good here, but whatever you get, just DO NOT ORDER CALAMARI. I regretted it after the first bite, as it was extremely dry, rock hard, and feels like you are chewing on rubber.

I'm severely allergic to shellfish. I repeatedly asked for chicken souvlaki when the cashier asked several times. The place wasn't even busy. I gave my usual tip ($3~$5 depending on the order size) expecting to have dinner after a long day of work. I get home, bite into my wrap and it's shrimp! Now I'm dealing with a severe allergic reaction as my face, tongue, and lips are swollen.
Thanks Opa... And you guys never give receipts either. It's honestly ridiculous, I've been a repeat customer twice a week all summer and never received a receipt for proof of purchase. Reporting to Fraser Health tomorrow morning for unsafe food practices.

We go to this OPA pretty often, the service here always is top tier and the food is done well. We can also ask for requests for picky little eaters which get accommodated without any frustration. The staff here are always amazing and the location is clean as well.
Dietary restrictions: If you request a wrap or meal without something they’ll be able to make it.

It’s been my second time ordering from this location and getting horrible food. I ordered falafel pita wrap and there was barely any sign of tzatziki in it. I don’t want my wrap to be filled with tzatziki but at least put something in it. I ordered two wraps and both of them were the same. Never ordering from this location again👎
