Worst experience ever. Only one person is working and we waited for so long. There is a huge lineup and he can clearly see and ignored. Doesn’t care about the customers. Better to go somewhere else and spend money.

I wish I could give them a 0 star. Me and my sister were here in Guildford mall when I ask my sister to buy a small orange juice. He charged her 9 dollars for small size when it’s 6 dollars including tax and after charging her went straight to other side without giving her any receipt and tried to ignore her for asking for a receipt. Very disappointed in the service.

Went here to order a few drinks at exactly 6:48pm (they close at 7pm). As soon as I got up to the front counter to order the lady working that clearly saw me turned around, walked off, and turn off the lights. When she came back I tried to order the drinks and she said she couldn’t because they were closed. She gave me a dirty, mean look as well. Very poor customer service and I will not be coming back here for this reason.
All other stores were still open, had their lights on, and were happy to take my order.

Stop advertising on your menu “chilli cheese dog” if y’all Litteraly never have chilli available! I was just there and of corse they had no chilli for the amillionth time. Now I’m writing about it cus I’m sick of not being able to get a chilli dog despite them being shown on the menu as available!
The fruit smoothies were disgusting … we bought 2 drinks and both taste like sugary syrup. Can’t taste any of the fruit flavour that were supposed to be in the smoothies! What a waste of money!

Hot dogs were a bit too hot. I couldn't taste the flavour and almost had to spit it out because it was so hot. Also the girl who took our order told me the REGULAR sized hot dogs are actually small and the JUMBO hot dogs are regular. Not sure what's up with the mis-information, even the Skip App has Large hot dogs listed. Based on the other reviews I shouldn't be surprised. At least she went over the order before we paid, that was a good thing and the reason I gave 3 stars. That being said I would not recommend this one and would go to the other one in this mall instead next time. I usually go to the one in Willowbrook Mall, it's much better than this place.

Worst staff working there just laughing ignoring customers, the boss should give them proper training, staff is brown girls just wasting time chatting, laughing nd showing attitude ridiculous experience, waited 25 minutes for juice, left with refund, no one even apologized in return they showed attitude the staff should be taught professionalism
