I tried their food in Ontario and absolutely loved it the staff there were wonderful and treated me very well. However, when I visited the Surrey branch in BC, I had a completely different experience. The customer service was terrible, and the staff were rude and unfriendly. I gave it another try the following day, but unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing. Very dissatisfied with the service at this location.

Worst osmows ever i tried as compared to other locations they use expired chicken and the quantity was so low when asked dont know how to accomodate the customers pls dont go there 🤢🤢

I have tried Osmow's shawarma multiple times in the past, I have found the food hit and miss. The spice levels are little miss leading as even the mild spice level was unbearable for me to eat.

I visited Osmow’s Shawarma for the first time and ordered the Chicken on the Rocks and a Falafel Wrap—both were amazing! Even though it was really busy late at night, the staff handled the rush like pros. Service was fast, friendly, and everything came out fresh and hot. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the falafel wrap was packed with flavor. Really impressed with the quality and how well they manage even during peak hours. Can’t wait to go back!
