I visited Osmow’s Shawarma for the first time and ordered the Chicken on the Rocks and a Falafel Wrap—both were amazing! Even though it was really busy late at night, the staff handled the rush like pros. Service was fast, friendly, and everything came out fresh and hot. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the falafel wrap was packed with flavor. Really impressed with the quality and how well they manage even during peak hours. Can’t wait to go back!

That was my first visit to this store, and that was a bad experience, The first thing chicken was cold then she don't know how to prep a wrap, she put hot sauce and pickel in one corner of the wrap, in the last 2 bites I was chewing pickel with hot sauce 🥵

Only go with the Singh named Jeet is working.
I usually only go to Osmow’s when the manager, Jeet, is working because he’s the only one who consistently makes the food perfectly. Every time he’s there, it tastes just right. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I’ve had my order messed up multiple times, and it’s honestly frustrating.
Also, don’t put people who can’t speak or understand English at the cash register. Or maybe they are hard or hearing, shy, or learning…but only put them on if they are fully trained. It makes the whole ordering process confusing and stressful. But it does make sense why Jeet is the manager—he knows how to get it right, unlike some of the other employees.
It’s definitely a hit or miss, but I promise Jeet will make it right.
