I like Panago and their pizza is pretty good but they close at 12, and when I tried to place a pickup order at 10:45 it would not let me on the app. So I called to place a pickup order and the lady on the phone let me know kindly that most stores in BC will close their pickup an HOUR AND A HALF before close. I’m not sure what the logistical reason is but it just seems kind of ridiculous. It feels like it’s just a scam to get you to pay an extra 10 dollars for delivery. The pizza is also already an exorbitant price and has only been worth it previously since it’s much tastier than Domino’s cardboard pizza. It’s just not worth it ultimately and I’ll just be going to the local place closer to my house for pizza night from now on. I would encourage others to do the same.

I ordered Chipotle chicken Pizza from fleetwood location at fraser highway Surrey. The pizza was so chewy, feels like i am eating plastic. Will never order at this location. Horrible pizza.

The people and delivery staff are super friendly. I had panago from other locations but the quality is never the same. Keep up the good work 👏

The owner and the staff were rude and zero customer service. Shouting to all the customers and delivery drivers like they came to have a free meal. There are numerous delicious pizza shops around Fleetwood..Pizza 64, Kwantlen pizza, little Caesars pizza, lazeez pizza, non stop pizza, Golden boy pizza are top alternatives.
