Do not order from the website or mobile app. Call the location directly. The corporation tried to bundle each of my pies for a total of $162.57. they were trying to give me 3 extra pizzas for each pie I ordered at a huge additional cost. When I called the location they were very nice and courteous and my order came to $42.98, almost $120 less than the website was trying to get me to pay. Just call for you pizza, don't use the app. Needles to say

Writing a more recent review since its been years and i thought the location change would have better service. Just ordered a pizza and it came 35 min passed the estimated arrival time, stone cold pizza. We didn’t tip and the driver was super passive aggressive had the audacity to comment “thats unfortunate”. You know what’s unfortunate white panago driver with glasses? Cold pizza. 0 stars.

Review update: Changed to 5 stars, they looked into it and fixed their oven temp. Pizza came super fast and was not dry and burnt! I can go back to liking Panago.I normally love Panago but I've ordered from the new King George Hub location twice now and both times it's been absolutely awful. I'm not sure what the deal is, but maybe the oven is too hot or the conveyer belt thing is too slow because the pizza and breadsticks were dry af and borderline burnt to a crisp both times I ordered. I think they also skimp on the sauce, so all these things combined made for some really unappetizing very dry pizza. Please check the temperature of your oven at least, and maybe consider not skimping so much no the sauce. I miss my old delivery location :(

The Italian garlic dipping sauce jar I purchased was expired and the cheese on the pizza was all brown / badly burnt.For a new location to be selling expired products is a shame. I never had this experience at the Nordel Way Panago. This whole experience has turned me off from Panago Pizza.
