I messed up and placed my pizza order at the wrong store today, but when I showed up here, the staff didn’t hesitate at all—they just asked what I ordered and made it for me right away. The store manager was super nice, even apologized for the mix-up (even though it was my mistake!) and told me not to worry, the pizza was on them. Honestly, such amazing customer service! Big thanks to the manager and the whole team—you guys really made my day!

We have had the best pizzas from this Panago! The orders are always delivered quickly and fresh. The owner is great and loves to help with fundraisers, etc. Highly recommend!

Their order platform is hell to use compared to Pizza Hut's. After fighting with it for 10 minutes to order 2 pizzas, I got to the store and they hadn't received the order. The order system even told me that the order would be ready in 15 minutes at my chosen location. Nothing.
