Can’t remember the last time I actually enjoyed a Panago Pizza. Last time I ordered from them I paid online and they delivered it to the wrong house without checking to make sure it was the right person, never received the pizza so had to get it reordered. All together the wait time was over an hour to get a medium pizza delivered 5 minutes from the store. There are plenty of better options in the ocean park area, do not use Panago.

I have yet to be in a Panago that is not mediocre service and menu. It's not the cheapest pizza joint/franchise but it should be for the quality.

Servuce is great when I order they deliver in under a half hour and the time the forgot the chicken in my salad they gave me a 5$ credit and came back to my door in 15 mins to deliver a replacement salad.

The food had genuine taste, was hot when I picked it. I really like the service too. They maintained their cleanliness.
Very, very disappointed. Almost no toppings. I'd have preferred to have paid more $ and actually had a PIZZA than paid what I did to receive the sad nothing that I got. We ordered an original crust for one pizza and a thin for the other. Either both were incorrectly on thin crust or they've cut down on the amount of dough they use for an original because there was only a very slight difference between the crusts. I've had pizza for half the price with more toppings from Domino's.
