Used to always buy plant-based pizza from Panago, but they changed their plant based cheese and it just destroyed the entire pizza 😞 now will have to look for a new go to vegan pizza places.

My wings taste like the salt and pepper covers fell off the shaker and the wings are just drowning in salt/pepper. Could barley eat one

Got the Impossible nuggets and half of them tasted moldy and had greenish spots. I would love to think it got contaminated with some spices or something, but I’m pretty positive it was mold. Such a shame considering their Hot Honey Impossible nuggets are so yummy…. perhaps the veggie nuggets don’t sell as often, but still you are responsible for checking the safety and quality of your product. I understand that mistakes do happen, and other than some spoiled food it did taste good. I will not be coming back tho.

Terrible service, they have no stock. I ask for one item after another and they are out of stock and i’m left with a thin cheese pizza. Perfect way to end my night smh.

Today I had very bad experience in this location. One short hight cashier she was very rude with me she didn’t even know how to behave a customer . Don’t go there please . Even ower was very rude and disrespectful.I want to give them zero star but there was no option .They should learn about the customer service.
Panago is my go to place for Pizza, and I am always pleased with the taste and quality! I love the Caesar Salad as well, and I am amazed at just how good it is for take out. Really good, and I order one almost every order. Delicious food. :)
