Very rude customer service experience and unprofessional staff. Ordered impossible nuggets which comes with 10pcs and a dip as per their own website and the staff gave 8pcs and started arguing for the dip which was already paid for. Thanks to the online customer care got reimbursed for the order but the staff didn’t even care to admit or apologize for the mistake they made.

The worker and I had a misunderstanding about the ingredients and they were very kind and polite about it. They remade it without a problem. Great customer service and the staff are nice. Service is also very quick for walk in orders.

They have good Garlic Cheezie bread and pizza and they offer bottles of pop and they take about 5-10 minutes to make a pizza and cheezie bread

What a colossal fail! Too many details to fit in one post.The worst tasting pizza and the absolute lousiest service.There are too many choices for good pizza and Panago should know better.Do yourself a favor, actually do your money a favor and just burn it instead of wasting it ordering from Panago.
