Order chilly paneer. Too much oil and not cooked properly. Raw vegetables. Really disappointed ☹️ not ordering from them anymore.

We ordered mutton biriyani with chicken 65 for our Eid celebration. The taste was good and quantity is reasonable. They gave us good price. I would recommend this for family events.

We had wonderful experience visiting this amazing place, food was amazing, service was quick, staff members are very polite especially Renu who was very spontaneous with our requests. Will surely visit again. Thank you panorama lounge once again for making our time memorable

We organized a kitty party last night with a group of 12 people, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.

Despite the cold weather, we were asked to sit outside on the patio, which only had 3 heaters for the entire area. It was uncomfortably chilly, and when we requested to move indoors—where there were clearly enough seats available—the manager refused without offering any reasonable explanation.

The service was extremely poor. We had to walk inside multiple times just to get the servers to come out and take our orders. It felt like we were being completely ignored.

We also ordered drinks, which turned out to be a complete letdown—just overly sweet juice with ice, definitely not worth the price.

As for the food, it was just okay—not enough to make up for the subpar service and discomfort.

Would not recommend this place for group gatherings or if you’re expecting even basic hospitality. Definitely not going back.

I usually don’t write reviews but today i had worst experience with food and service.The naan was not cooked well and there was no butter on them, customer service was very poor. This is our second time here, this time we thought may be it would be better than before but it was the same food with uncooked taste in the mouth. Unsatisfied and unforgettable experience.

Food is spectacular. Aloo Tikki Chat is to die for. But be prepared to wait for / ask for everything. Cadence of the service is pretty off (if friendly), but the food is worth it. Just don’t order the mojito, whatever you do.

I ordered from Uber eats after seeing reviews. Today we ordered lamb curry, chetinand chicken and Andra fish curry which was not consumable. Extremely bad. Food was burnt , too oily , tasteless only chili
Rice sticky. Worst experience ever. Wasted my $75 tonight. All food in garbage. Total worthless. Never ever ordering again

Highly recommend Panorama Indian Lounge for their delicious Indian (North Indian and South Indian) menu. We asked their manager to organize a home catering for a gathering of 50 in West Vancouver. Chef and his team came out providing an incredible Live Dosa and Gol Gappa table along with a variety of delicious vegetarian food, including dessert. All the guests raved about it! In pre-planning for this special event we went to the restaurant several times to meet and discuss the menu options as they have a variety and we wanted to sample their menu. We were always impressed with how delicious it was. We were and still are very grateful in how everything was so well managed and the personal attention given by the manager and wonderful Chef. They were very professional, thoughtful, and both provided excellent suggestions to please a diverse crowd, including many Indian guests who are great cooks themselves. Thank you Panorama Indian Lounge in making a Celebration of Life all the more special and meaningful. We look forward to coming back and have you cater a special upcoming Birthday!

Love the food. The team is very professional and empathetic. The Mgr (Ashok) is a great person to interact with. Spices and flavour are a treat for the taste buds. Beautiful patio, had attended a friends party last year and the food was great then too.
