My husband and I decided to order 2 pizza mine was a ham and pineapple husband pepperoin. It took 40 minutes for door dash to deliver it, it was cold the pizza wasn't even cut through. We had to cut it ourselves. There was minimal sauce a few pieces of ham and pineapple on mine. It was disgusting 😒 We will never order from them again

Ordered two pizzas both came with very few toppings and also half of the pizzas were empty, i know the edges supposed to be crust but half of it is crust thats not good Had bad experience couple years ago thought probably they changed but no they are still cheap on toppings and everything

Ordered delivery through their Papa John's app a few weeks ago. They forgot a part of my order so I called in. When I calmly explained the situation, the female employee responded saying they outsource their delivery service and that they'd give me a discount on a future order. Well when I tried ordering again they refused to honour it. They never followed up. I will NEVER order from this location again. Incredibly poor customer service for not receiving things I had PAID for. Avoid this location!

There was brown hair and pieces on all my forks very small pieces.
Ordered 3 large pizzas for delivery and they came all pushed to one side - the pizza bag most likely fell to one side. The taste was good but they should have checked the pizzas after dropping them.
Edit: Left detailed feedback on their feedback url as advised 2 months ago but no response. It seems like the url is being used solely for responding to negative reviews for others to see to pretend they are making up for it.
