I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience today at this Papa John’s needs to be shared. I came to pick up an Uber order and waited outside until it was ready. When I went in again, the employee Harman talked to me in a very rude and unprofessional way that felt harassing. Her attitude made me uncomfortable, and I hope the management addresses this issue.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Papa John’s today. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, I politely asked about the order status.
Instead of giving a normal response, the female staff member at the front counter named HARMAN started speaking very rudely and disrespectfully. As a customer, being talked to in such a tone is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Her attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable, and it clearly shows a serious lack of customer service training. I hope the management looks into the behaviour of the staff on duty today, because no customer should be treated like this.

- ordered 2 medium pizzas with 4 toppings on each pizza, including extra cheese - both pizzas looked more like a 2 topping frozen pizza you get from a grocery store - 1 pizza had pepperoni, green pepper, mushrooms, and extra cheese. Couldn't see any mushrooms and definitely wasn’t extra cheese - the other pizza had canadian bacon, pineapple, bacon and extra cheese. Could not see any bacon and like the other pizza, definitely no extra cheese - seems like they are skimping on toppings - very disappointing for the kids movie night, did not have any issues in the past, will think twice before ordering from here again

I ordered Papa John’s Pizza for Halloween, and even though I had to wait a long time, it was totally worth it! The pizza was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The crust was soft, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the toppings were full of flavor. My wait was reasonable because the food was just that good. Definitely worth it for a special night like Halloween!
I visited papa johns , i did order larger stuffed pizza , it was amazing , and juicy . I highly recomend to everyone to visit
