Be warned. Hit and miss at this location. After staying away for years due to bad experiences, we have tried here again over the past year or so however it’s proven to be extremely unpredictable and unreliable.

Bought a half cheese & pep, bearly any cheese in the pizza. Came specially back from the bus-stop to return the 70% unfinished pizza for garbage. First & last experience at Papa johns (Cloverdale). Never coming back.

Ordered again after 2 years with a bad experience. Pizza lacked toppings so when you expect the same at regular price. With a promotion you get less .
Poor business $34, for 2 mediums. This is suppose to be a premium Pizza chain. Little _ easars has better Pizza for $7. And that is saying much.

I ordered the food from them and they didn’t give the refund.Although i cancelled the order right way but still they charged me for full price.
Ordered a lrg pizza at lunch for delivery. After 1 hour showing out for delivery, I called the restaurant. I was told it was delivered and the driver did not follow instructions and left it at a door I cannot get to in my wheelchair. Was told the manager would call, they didn't. I did get my money back. The pizza wasn't eaten and it was the first and last time ordering from there. With all the competition you would thing they would make sure the service was on point.

Absolutely blown away by this location. I ordered a pizza and they delivered it, after the delivery driver left. I opened the box to realize it’s not the correct pizza so I called the store. I was told it would take more than an hour for the pizza to be replaced. I said no I’m not waiting that long. I will call and talk to your manager about this tomorrow. The manager has now been dodging my calls. I have busted the daytime staff as well as the evening staff in consistent lies about the manager’s availability. The manager does not return any calls and claims to be in the store, but not in the store nothing but lies. One staff member says they will completely replace the pizza no problem then I get another staff member that says the best they can do is give me 25% off…. I’ve spoken to the corporate office and been informed that they are to replace the pizza at no cost, and the manager should be returning the calls, but the manager doesn’t the manager dodge calls claims that they’re not in the office but yet they are. Beware cus clearly there is an issue with Location.

My friends and I ordered 2 large pizzas from papa johns. When it finally arrived it was cold and the pizza looked as if it had first gone through a washing machine. We called to try and get the pizza remade. We are understanding, these things happen. We called and expressed our concern and they told us a manager would contact us shortly. A manager never got in touch. The next day we called. Again, they said a manager would call us in 10 minutes. No such call came. We called 5 more times and no one answered the phone. $50 for pizza, I would at least expect them to make it right. I’ve attached photos of the pizzas we received. If I were you, I would not order from here, terrible customer service.
