I had a very disappointing experience with Papa John’s. The pizza I received was undercooked, and after eating it, my health actually deteriorated. When I reached out, all they offered was a 10–15% discount on a future order. I mean, what a joke. This is not acceptable, and I will not be ordering from them again.

I’m a regular customer at this branch and usually enjoy the food. But I’ve noticed on several occasions that staff handle cash or other items and then touch the pizzas without wearing gloves. For hygiene and food safety, it would be great if gloves could be used consistently.

Paper John is different from other(in a good way) pizza but not anymore. We ordered pizza for my son's birthday. Since it's a special day, we deserve a special pizza. But looks like this is just another pizza. Would rather go for fresh slice

Pretty bad butter chicken pizza that I had. So dry and chew-gum like. Taste is barely there. Had cramps afterwards. Gotta really work on your pizza guys.
There was a miscommunication with a pizza order, and when I called back the young lady I spoke to was very understanding of the situation and sent a new pizza, very happy with the customer service, and the pie tastes great

Breadsticks (non cheese) were dry and like eating cardboard. So was the dough of the pizza and the cheese was like stale reused frozen or something. Disappointed as had cut out pizza for a couple months and tried here for a nice return pizza on the weekend. The wings was okay. It's just not good pizza something about the dry and stale base of it. And barely any grilled chicken on it.
Won't be trying again from this location there's something off about it. Pizza didn't hit at all

Honestly do not order from this place, if you are going to order from this place, definitely consider the guildford location. I have had no issues from the guildford location, but the moment I order from this place, especially online, I have issues, not once but twice now, first time I didn't leave a review. This time my order was not only wrong, but it also had hair in the pizza because they clealry do not enforce standard safety practices. If you want your order right and delivered with respect, do not, I repeat DO NOt order from this place. Especially if you care about sanitary practices. Both the Guildford and this location were at one time owned by the same person, and me being a regular was shown how loyal this place was to their regular customers, now with new ownership all around, I have now realized how bad the new management is thus throwing the name papa johns once had right into the garbage.
