Well they messed up my order and said sorry they are really busy was racist with me wouldnt give me his name and hung up on me let's see what head office says about this tomorrow days later I get a call saying sorry and they will give me free bread sticks with my next order goota say this is horrible and hopefully no one supports a company that backs their racist employee and allows a customer to be treated this way

Firstly, if I could give zero stars I would.
I walked into this Papa John’s to place an order in person, as I had never been there before. The young woman behind the counter was on her phone, wearing a Bluetooth headset and actively talking while holding the phone in her hand. I asked for a menu and told her I was new to this location. She handed me the menu, and I placed my order verbally while she entered it into the iPad.
After that, I observed her pull her phone from her pants pocket and appear to send a text. She then grabbed pizza dough from a cupboard and placed it on the machine to be flattened. While the dough was being flattened, she again took out her phone and appeared to text. She then removed the dough from the machine and brought it to the counter to apply sauce with a ladle.
At no point did I observe her wash or sanitize her hands between handling her phone and handling the food. Given the lack of basic food-safety practices, I was extremely uncomfortable and decided to leave without completing my order.
Cleanliness and hygiene are non-negotiable in food service. This experience was disappointing and concerning.

The lack of toppings and cheese used is disappointing. The quality and freshness of ingredients also doesn't seem great. My advice would be to save your money and order elsewhere.

ordered from this location and the buffalo chicken bites only had sauce on two out of the 10 Bites the pizza just seemed Old and not fresh Probably because it took them about an hour to deliver me the pizza even though I only live five minutes from the locationWon’t be ordering again

Wow! As someone who loves Indian food, the butter chicken pizza at Papa Johns is actually fire! 🔥
There was an app deal for a large 4 topping pizza, so I decided to construct their butter chicken pizza with steak added. I highly recommend picking the extra sauce option and cooking it well done!
The butter sauce was delicious and having extra sauce made the pizza taste better.
My only feedback: please increase the chicken and steak size or at least put more on the pizza. I feel like even though I added steak, it still left me looking for more meat.
But overall, I did enjoy the actual butter sauce and the crust was crispy and had minimal flop when I was holding the pizza. 🍕

Omg what pathetic Pizza. I've never had such a poor excuse. Its so bad please save your money. I ordered the Philly cheese steak and it looks like crappy hamburger, because I got the New York style crust, there's these big air pockets that have nothing on it.
