Fast-ish dining. I do appreciate the ordering screen at each table. Makes the process quick and easy. Food was fair. The jjajangmyeon is one of the things they're known (as noted they're the faster pace pared down version of chuihong). And it doesn't disappoint. The place is usually packed during lunch hours. Come early!

Got the tteokboki and it was terrible. The rice cakes were clearly old and the server said they were made from a prepacked meal kit so it couldn’t be remade. Had one bite and could not eat more. Also no fish cakes in the tteokboki— would not recommend.

It was my first visit here today. Overall, the quality and taste of the food were good. It wasn’t anything particularly special, but a little above average compared to other Korean snack restaurants. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 mainly because of the price. It felt a bit high. I might come back to try their takeout food next time.

Good addition to the Lougheed Mall. I like their make-your-own meal. A quick meal with Korean flavors.
This restaurant in the Lougheed Mall is by Chuihong, which is also my favoriteeee Korean-Chinese restaurant in Surrey, and is soo good!
Highly recommend if you’re craving some Korean snack foods. They even offer a few Chuihong dishes, which is great as I don’t have to drive all the way to Surrey anymore and I get to enjoy Papa’s Box at the same time. Best of both worlds!
I’ve tried: ▪️Tuna Gimbap (5/5) ▪️Mala Rose Tteokbokki (5/5) - At first, you’ll think the spiciness isn’t too bad… but give it few more bites and your tongue will gone a bit numb 😂 ▪️Cheese Balls (5/5) ▪️Deep Fries Sweet Potato (5/5)
