Yesterday i felt craving fr some delicious so I ordered vada pav, masala fries, and golgappe from Akash Chat House, and everything was fresh, tasty, and well-packed. A big thanks to Simran for taking care of the order so nicely — the service was quick, polite, and everything was sent exactly as requested.She is very nice and have good customer service skills i met many time when i visited this place thanks again Sam❤️ Really happy with the experience. We ordered the chowmein and spring rolls. The server punched the wrong order nd later on they did argue with us while we were eating that u ordered something else .which spoiled the whole mood. The service was very slow.food was good

Extremely disappointed with the service. Was told 30 minutes for the order, but had to wait an additional 30 minutes upon arrival and this is not the first time them doing so. Can't recommend due to the delay and poor customer service, even with plenty of staff on hand.

Service is very very slow, staff charge a dish which we didn’t get and they also not provide you the detail bill and when you insist to bring you the detail bill then you found out they charge you something which they failed to bring to your table. Not going to visit again.
