I used to love Pearl Fever. I’ve made numerous attempts to regain access to my Pearl Fever account to no avail. It seems like it should be a simple fix. Even a simple email back would be nice, but no one from Pearl Fever has the time to get back to me. It’s very unfortunate when they used to be one of my favourite businesses, but I refuse to go here anymore and same goes for my friends if they won’t me give access to my account where I have money I’ve spent loaded there, and won’t refund either, simply because they don’t care to respond and when you go in person, they just tell you to email the same email that no one will respond to you on. Disappointing.

I tried the brown sugar milk tea at Pearl Fever Tea House in Surrey, and it was amazing! The perfect balance of sweetness and creamy texture made it a real treat. The boba pearls were fresh and chewy, adding the right amount of texture to the drink. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors. Highly recommend this place if you're a bubble tea lover

Store was super clean. Generous menu to choose from.
I wanted a brown sugar Pearl milk tea which they didn’t have on the menu but she kindly said she can modify the brown sugar milk drink for me to include black tea and she did a phenomenal job!
Their pearls are delicious, sweet and chewy!

Good choices in flavours. Service is usually quick. Today I decided to try the mango smoothie. It was lacking in flavor. There was a hint of mango but not enough. I don't recommend it.
I tried pearl fever tea house for the first time today and I will not come back. We ordered the strawberry milk, mango milk and the brown sugar milk all with pearls. The strawberry milk especially tasted terrible. They use artificial flavouring and the drink was so sour and was not fresh at all. The mango and brown sugar ones also tasted artificial. I would not recommend this place!

I don’t understand why anyone would get bubble tea here, the bubble tea has a weird flavor and tastes very watered down. We got the caplico yogurt and passion fruit slush but we were disappointed in the flavors. Would never come back again.
