They mention its smoothie but they just add flavored syrup and more ice, it looks like slush, not even a smoothie. They just add more ice. I order mango smoothie , its doesn't add natural fruit taste, feels like syrup.

The boba here is consistently good, and this has been my go-to spot for many years. However, I’m giving a three-star review due to a recent experience. I visited on September 18 around 9:30 PM, and the young lady who assisted me was quite off-putting. Her tone and attitude during the interaction were unexpectedly harsh, which impacted the overall experience. While I still think this is a great place, and I’ll continue to visit, I just wanted to bring this to management’s attention for future improvement

I tried boba or bubble tea for the first time here and it was a truly life-changing experience. The staff made ordering very easy and the loco ferrero exceeded my expectations. I’m excited to come back and try more!
