Great bbt place that’s nearby, the drinks they make are amazing and the customer service that they bring is even better—the workers and the drinks together bring this location to it’s glory. I got a honey milk tea (i recommend!) and the drink came out so fast i barely had to wait. My go-to bbt place!!

This place is my favourite bubble tea spot. I usually order my go-to taro slush with coconut jelly and it hits everytime but today I ordered the pearl milk tea and it was also really good. the workers there are also always nice and make the drinks super fast.

Orders are hit or miss. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's a total mess.
Today we ordered brown sugar milk but we pretty much got plain milk. We ordered a jasmine tea with half pearls and didn't get any pearls. Fresh taro smoothie but it tastes so diluted you can't even taste the taro.

Drinks have gotten more expensive, spent $9 on a mango slush and it i have had better. It was watery and tasted too artificial

The worst smoothie I've ever had in my life. I completely agree with someone's review here. The smoothie is nothing like smoothies. It's like crushed ice with flavour juice added. Never again.

They mention its smoothie but they just add flavored syrup and more ice, it looks like slush, not even a smoothie. They just add more ice. I order mango smoothie , its doesn't add natural fruit taste, feels like syrup.
