This place is not good… the parking lot and interior are not in good shape, messy and outdated. And our food came with onions when we asked to remove. Cash only is difficult, can’t even do e-transfer. My noodles were undercooked, my soup was slightly lukewarm not enough to cooked my rare beef steak a bit more, turning my soup pink. Tripes tasted not fresh. I usually finish all my pho but I didn’t here.

Best pho in Surrey, tasty and super affordable, a large pho and spring roll is just 17 dollars, and if you are more than one person you can pay less than 37 dollars for both people, and that’s including Tax but it is CASH ONLY. It’s a smaller sized space and offers more of a natural, localized feel but it has great service and fast turnaround. The food is legitimately so good, the broth is so rich and it has large portions of tender beef. The spring roll that comes with it is so tasty, large and a must have. I love this place and can’t rave enough about it. Make sure to stop by if you’re at Surrey central station.

Best pho in Canada. I’ve been so many pho places across Canada, this is the best. Good soup, good meat. The quantity of meat is a lot!
The only downside is cash only. I have to walk 10 mins to ATM under rain.

A very inconspicuous little store that only accepts cash and has no additional services. There is a lot of MSG in the soup. but! The quantity is large and cheap, and the taste is acceptable. In the current era of high inflation and crazy tips, this overcomes all shortcomings. It has been 15 years and it will continue.

Very flavorful broth. Hands down my fav pho place in Surrey. But it’s cash only so remember to bring cash. Princes has increased since the last time I’ve been though.

Lived in Surrey all my life and always wanted to try this place out since I frequently go to the bakery next door.. Decided to go in and have a bowl of bún bò Huế. Absolutely delicious, perfect spiciness, loaded with LOTS of meat. It was missing some staples of bún bò Huế like the pigs blood but I don't like eating that anyways so it was a plus for me! Definitely will come back and try out the phở! Other cons are it's cash only and the very limited parking can be a real pain.

I Think it is the best pho in Vancouver Area .. the meat is so generous and the taste is superb. I tried the beef ribs and I am loved so much. The price is reasonable.

The only problems . You have to pay cash. So u have to prepare before you eat.

Unfortunately I do not have pictures since I eat straight away.

So excited that I found this place!
The food is better than I expected. The beef broth is clean, and more actual meat broth than many other Pho restaurants (not MSG broth).
The noodles were cooked perfectly.
Good portion, but could be more. Large feels like medium to me.
Spring roll is house made. I love to see when Vietnamese restaurants have house made spring rolls. A lot of them has pre-made products (even Lunch Lady uses factory made)
Spring roll was also well done! House made meat, house made dipping sauce. (It is actually first time I’ve seen the dipping sauce like this)
Service was also nice and friendly.
I would definitely go back to this restaurant!

The best restaurant in Surrey. Always fresh and always good. No big price hikes. Huge portions. Great service. Have been coming here for years and will come here until it closes.
