I came back again after so many years. The bowl is big with reasonable price compared to other Pho place. The server speaking Vietnamese was very nice and gentle with us. She offered us if we want to soak the bean sprouts with hot water (which is something very popular in Vietnam, but very rare here in Canada => that makes me reminisce of the time I ate Pho back home in Vietnam). The Pho broth tasted good, special Pho has so many meat types inside which I really enjoy! Definitely recommend this place!

If you crave pure Vietnamese deliciousness then this is THE place to go. Old style banquette seating plus regular tables. Service is efficient but once your food comes - you’re kinda on your own - but that’s part of the charm. The ambiance is very low key, simple without anything fancy - so the focus is FOOD!!! I personally like the #18 dry (no liver, no heart), and the #36. Yummmm! To drink - gotta have some red bean in your drink: #64. I just finished my meal and I’m in heaven…. I’ve been coming for years and this place never disappoints.

The broth was rich and aromatic, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the fresh herbs brought everything together. Total comfort in a bowl. I could eat every day.
Chicken pho and beef stew were fantastic! I recommend. Also we took home 2 extra dishes (pork vermicelli and noodles with shrimp), both of them were good. We tried their lotus cookies as well (crunchy and sweet). Thank you for our delicious lunch.

Sometimes this location can be a hit or miss depending on the server, but the food is never a downer and I’m a long time pho fan of this place. I wasn’t quite happy with the service lately, especially witnessing a complaint where somebody showed that there was a hair in one of their meals which made me question their integrity with serving food.
They had to constantly say “excuse me” multiple times just to get their attention for that matter. For my case, I only kindly asked the server where is my rare beef on the side (for my pho soup order) incase they might have forgot about it. The rude young lady serving in this restaurant had a very aggressive attitude that I personally do not tolerate by her almost raising her voice and showing an irritating attitude towards me by saying “CAN YOU WAIT?” I wasn’t pleased with the professionalism.
For tipping, I had to witness very aggressive employees from before as well where the ladies kept on complaining in their language that it wasn’t enough tipping, especially after the customer pays for their food. We are customers in your restaurant and we pay you to keep your business afloat since we do love the food you make.
As much as I appreciate the food here, I feel like this location has lost touch of what it used to be and I’m starting to look elsewhere as a long time pho customer as I don’t like the way how this restaurant operates with unprofessional employees I had to witness from time to time.
