New updates: they shouldn't put duct tapes to fix the cracks on the seats of the booths cuz it left two large white tape glue residue on his jeans. I had to spend 30 minutes afterwards trying to remove it by hand cleaning it. I honestly thought the jeans were ruined cuz it was super hard to remove. Thought it's a pretty new restaurant to have such cracked seatings, they must've used cheap materials. Advice don't sit in those taped up seats or you'll ruin your nice clothes. And the lady gave us 4 candies at the end with our bills but 1 was just an empty wrapper so my husband didn't get a candy for our group. My northern beef noodles soup this time was super oily too, not as good as it was before from my previous visits. Kind disappointed. Best pho I've had. Portions are huge and price is reasonable. I've ordered number 2 noodle soup. Got lots of good cut meats that's not tough or chewy. I'm already craving it already thinking about it. Didn't taste too much msg in the broth either which most other places gives me headaches/hives after cuz of the msg. The service was friendly and attentive, topped up your water without us asking. The store decor is beautifully decorated with new comfy seats, very bright and spacious. Loved everything about it. Think I found my favorite pho place.

Food is really nice however when sitting by the window we noticed multiple small cockroaches just by the window frame then walking on the table and the seats . What initially seemed like 1 turned out to be multiple. We tried to get the severs attention but they never came close to the table. Please clean between the seat and the window frames.... that is disgusting

We came to try this spot as we saw some good reviews on their food. We waited over half an hour for our food to arrive and the food was so so. We ordered three pho noodles soups- rib, beef satay, and house special. Beef satay was good with peanut butter flavour, ribs were not good at all.. salty soup base, soup below expectation, house special so so. Also meat felt tough whether fully cooked or not. I think this place is more hyped up than what it actually is. Out of everything service was very poor and unattentive. Don't ask if you want anything to drink, or check up on food. If you ask them for something they will forget and never come back. It is a busy restaurant and people working there don't make you feel welcome or cared for your need.

People there are very nice and attentive. The food options are combination of authentic and added twist; both are delicious regardless. I love their savoury soup-based dishes (pho). Also, the serving portion of their plates (dish+rice) are excellent.
