Had a crazy experience.
I ordered one large pho for my parents to share. staff came with 2 large pho and said they don’t allow share food. they have the min one order per customer requirement! And they didn’t put that in menu or on their wall. To be honest I haven’t seen that in years especially in Canada. Feel so offended and never want to come again!!!!

Sharing is not allowed in the establishment! Oddly weird!! If you’re paying for your food you should be able to do anything with it! Whether you share it, eat it, or throw it away! On top of that, the female owner is incredibly rude. She needs to learn some manners and customer service! There’s a reason why the restaurant is now up for sale. Word of advice: restaurant business is not for you!

The service is disgusting. The lady in the cash was so unbearably rude. I ordered spring rolls as an appetizer and had some tea. I was waiting for my husband to pick me up. When he came, we decided to go back home and not order any main course from the restaurant because we dont eat pork and all the food they had was mostly pork dishes. The lady came to us if we are ready to order anything and we said no, we are good with the spring rolls and tea. She got so mad at us for not ordering anything else. She started yelling at us in her English. She even took away the spring rolls from our table and said she won't let us have it as we didnot order anything worth more cost than the spring rolls. It was super weird and abusive behavior. We paid for the rolls and tea and came back. Horrible. I have never seen such lack of decency to treat a customer like that!!!!

First off. This restaurant has a rule of no sharing. Portions for pho are usually quite large so we often share portions and was told no sharing allowed by the server. We also found hair in our food. overall the flavour was a 7/10 compared to other pho in the area.

My wife and kids went to eat here for dinner. We werent served water to drink. Food was very salty. I had lemon grass chicken on rice. Server never checked up on us. I asked for smaller spoon and fork for my 2 year old. She said she didnt have any giving me attitude. We probably will not come back anymore.

It has been awhile since we have been here. Price went up and similar serving portion from before. I never knew that they have a rule of no sharing. Each person should order 1 item each. I don’t like the new rule since my pregnant wife can’t finish a full meal so usually we just share. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. Owners are nice though.
