The pho is perfect~ that balance of savoury and almost sweet so you don’t want to add any hoisin or sauce. I had the beef brisket, which was tender and flavourful. Today, I made not ordered a side dish to test and was treated just as well as people around me with larger orders.
Food came quickly, with a perfect sized cup of tea, and everything is clean and well-cared for. I’ve been looking for a new place since my favourite out by the PNE closed and I finally found it, close to home!

Love this place great service friendly staff foods always consistently fresh and delicious, good phö, great bahn mi and I highly recommend the bbq beef short ribs with either rice or vermicelli that’s my favourite the lemon grass chicken is 💣

Never fails! Everytime I eat here, I feel happy! The owner & the entire family does a great job from enterance to exit.

Their pho is clean, my order is customized & they never say no when I ask for red thai chillies!

We dined here on our treat day and were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented.
The prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. The atmosphere was bright, cozy, and welcoming, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing meal.
We also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the restaurant was. The staff were friendly, attentive, and punctual, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our visit. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

This is the 3rd time that I've done a take out at Pho Hilton, each time they have messed my order, the food is very good, however the individuals that take your order disappoint and don't check if everything is in order
