Terrible service and very disappointing food. We came as a group of 4 and ordered 3 large bowls of bún bò Huế. My mom and I simply asked for an extra bowl to share, but the staff refused, saying they don’t allow sharing because they “lose revenue.” That explanation made no sense – we already ordered 3 large bowls for 4 people.
On top of that, they completely forgot our coffee order. We didn’t get it until after we had paid the bill, and at that point we had to leave, so we cancelled it. The food itself was less than average – bland and not worth the price.
Between the poor service, rude policy, and below-average food, this was a waste of time and money. Definitely not coming back.

Bad experience. The medium pho portion was small for a high price and there was a lack of service. An unexpected policy was introduced AFTER the order was placed; apparently food cannot be shared unless you are seniors or kids. Overall, HORRIBLE experience.

Wow! Best pho I've ever had. They use two tender beef ribs along with high quality meat. The noodles are cooked perfectly, no overcooked and the texture was amazing. The broth is real beef soup, no weird herbs to mask the taste. Super Wow!

The food was very good. Not too heavy and a bit salty but that what you expect when you eat out. The server was very nice and made our experience 10x better. We will definitely be back for more. The only thing that would have made our experience better was if the sharable bowls were bigger.

Best Lemongrass Chicken and Bun Bo HuÉ in the Lower Mainland ! Ask for the Taro Spring Rolls! They are simply amazing. She promised to add them to the menu. Excellent service and a great treat, every time we come to Surrey
Absolutely loved the beef short rib pho here! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the short ribs were incredibly tender and juicy—fall-off-the-bone good. Definitely one of the best pho spots I’ve tried. Can’t wait to come back!

The workers are really friendly and welcoming, I got the bun bo hue here and it was delicious. There are lots of other Vietnamese places that sell bun bo hue but they aren’t spicy. This place has spicy bun bo hue and it tastes authentic. Recommend this place for vietnamese food !

We ordered 2 house special pho, one medium one large, both spicy broth. However, medium looks like small, large looked like a medium size. Honestly the soup base was good, but I wouldn’t be going the second time.
