On Thursday, April 10 around 5:30 PM, at the Lougheed Highway location in Mission, BC, I ordered a medium hot pizza. However, the pizza I received was extremely spicy and overcooked. When I called to inform them that the pizza was too hot for my kids to eat, I politely requested a replacement with a properly made medium hot pizza. Unfortunately, they told me they couldn’t do anything because the pizza had already been made.

I called them and said hi I ordered wrong pizza by mistake can you please change my order the lady over the phn was very humble and kind and she said yes we can do that for you and I was very impressed by their service. This place is awful 😡 I (24 male) brought my girlfriend (16 female) to this restaurant for a first date. I cannot believe what they did to me. They asked me if she was my daughter, I obviously said no and that she was soon to be my wife. They then started shoving the pizza down my throat and told me "you. Will. Pay. Your. Penance. " so my girlfriend started to LAUGH! It was all a set up I HATE IT HERE I HATE IT HERE. I will be back. Just you wait. 😍 (p.s, none of this is true, see how easy it is to fool people.... Heh, fools)

Can't rate their food, service or atmosphere, but I can rate the fact they just throw their flyers on the ground instead of using the marvellous invention that is a mailbox. Especially when said mailbox is just two feet away from where they're dumping the flyers.
When they literally throw the flyer on the patio or doorstep in front of the door where it can be blown away by the wind (and if it's not blown away, give glues to potential burglars that perhaps noone has been through the door recently), they clearly have no respect for their neighbourhood or neighbours when they do this.
The flyer went in the recycling, and I certainly won't be taking my pizza ordering to this business. There are plenty of pizza places in Newton that respect their neighbours more than pizza64, so I'll stick with them, thanks.

Yesterday we order two pizza one Shahi paneer and one chicken pizza. Vegetarian pizza was nice but chicken totally burnt. Ginger, courrinder and chicken was totally burnt.

I had a very good time experience with the manager on duty .. We ordered passion of India pizza on a Friday night which was not at all made fresh and was served to us .. I complained it directly to manager after reaching home and she apologized very politely and asked us to have a new pizza the same day to which we declined . .. Next day I called the store and same manager on duty gave me a replacement pizza with no charge ..
