On Thursday, April 10 around 5:30 PM, at the Lougheed Highway location in Mission, BC, I ordered a medium hot pizza. However, the pizza I received was extremely spicy and overcooked. When I called to inform them that the pizza was too hot for my kids to eat, I politely requested a replacement with a properly made medium hot pizza. Unfortunately, they told me they couldn’t do anything because the pizza had already been made.

Found hairs on my pizza !! Ordered from skip because I don’t have transportation then they denied from delivery !! Started arguing with me and saying that I have to punch this order on my name !! Worst experience ever ! Asked for another fresh pizza they denied !! They don’t even take responsibility to wear cap or hairnet !!

The most unprofessional staff works here who doesn't care about the customer service at all. These girls ruined my whole order they don't even know that pepperoni is sausage tooo.

I called them and said hi I ordered wrong pizza by mistake can you please change my order the lady over the phn was very humble and kind and she said yes we can do that for you and I was very impressed by their service. This place is awful 😡 I (24 male) brought my girlfriend (16 female) to this restaurant for a first date. I cannot believe what they did to me. They asked me if she was my daughter, I obviously said no and that she was soon to be my wife. They then started shoving the pizza down my throat and told me "you. Will. Pay. Your. Penance. " so my girlfriend started to LAUGH! It was all a set up I HATE IT HERE I HATE IT HERE. I will be back. Just you wait. 😍 (p.s, none of this is true, see how easy it is to fool people.... Heh, fools)
