Veggie pakora were over cooked and drenched in oil. Fish was good but needed masala/flavour. Chole pathuray plate was good.
Service workers were clueless and have barely any customer service skills. Basically a take out place due to layout. However, the sit down area is clean and welcoming.

Definitely zero stars. EMPLOYEE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Went for lunch today. Girl was more busy on the phone than to see us. Should have acknowledged us and we wouldn't have mind waiting. Then gives us ONE menu instead of 2. I knew it was going to be a ZERO lunch and we just ordered one item. The veg thali came but for a mysterious reason the naan came 5 minutes later. On top of that, we had to ask for napkins. You would think it's not so to give tissue with food. The NAAN WAS WRONG, THEY RAN OUT OF WHEAT FLOUR AND SERVED PAPER THIN PIZZA THOUGH ROTIS. really makes you feel like Customber is a fool. Should have told us when she took the order. Never saw waitress until it was bill time. We paid cash and she said WE DO T HAVE CHANGE". Bill was $17 and we were paying with a $20. I wouldn't have tipped but was forced to,,RIP OFF

We ate buffet at Khana Peena and the food was really good. Their mix veg pakoda are the best and we also like their main course. I specially love their Gulaab Jamuns, they melted in mouth. I highly recommend Khana Peena Restaurant in Surrey.

Not sure if there are new owners but this place has consistently delivered poor quality food over past few years. In the past their pizza has been just ok and it is close by so convenient however it has just gotten worse with each visit. This visit was our last straw as we cannot keep giving it more chances even with constant new ownershipOrdered a takeout pizza and naan. When we got home and opened it up the naans were so over cooked they were basically a crisp. Super dry and inediblePizza had wayy too much cheese. Even for someone who loves cheesy pizza this was astronomically too much and we could not eat it. Thicker than the actual crust. We called to complain and they said we can come pick up another one. Drove there and brought another pizza back but this time it had a ridiculous amount of olives, barely any of the other veggies and still a lot of cheese even though it was less than the first time.When we call to complain they argue but there is no way that low quality level of food can be justified

I don't have any words to express my experience first and last time here! ?Well , you guys can have a look at that pizza I've bought and guess which pizza that might be ?It's a Tandoori Shahi paneer ?
