Not sure what happened to pizza hut but their pizza is terrible now!! It tastes like they put parm on it and it only states mozzarella.....I hate parm cheese . Won't order again ☹️

Ordered for delivery, pizza came minus the wings. Had to call the store, put on hold for over 10mins. Spoke to a very unenthusiastic employee who sounded very indifferent when I mentioned that they missed the wings I ordered. No apologies offered, just told either have my wings delivered with the next available driver that will take about 45minutes or get a store credit. And on top of that, both pizzas were burnt and dry. Don’t waste your money on this location!!!

I ordered a pan with a can of Pepsi for my friend. Placing the order was efficient. When I went to pick up my order, I was greeted with a warm hello and a friendly smile. The restaurant was clean, spacy and well lit. The ambiance was surprisingly serene. The pizza, according to my friend, was perfect.

They hooked it up with some free wings when they gave me wrong flavour of wings and they remade me a whole new one which is bless and the food is banging

Placed an order over the phone. When I got there, they said I never called and maybe it went to the call centre. Even though I asked the lady on the phone if I was speaking to someone from the Nordel pizza. My daughter isn’t feeling well and not eating, and only asked for pizza which is the only reason I stayed another 15 mins for them to make it

Horrible communication between the store and driver. Delivery was supposed to be 7:20-7:30 pm. This location is a 6min drive from my house. Then at 8pm I finally called because my guests and I were starving. There was an email sent out about my food being delivered but that is false. They said the driver delivered it a long time ago but how could that be possible if I didn’t even pay for it. Shouldn’t he have called me to come out and pay for it?? Horrible experience overall. Don’t order from this location unless you want your pizza delivered in 5 business days. Order from delta location, they are always fast and reliable.
