After ordering and receiving our pizzas I read there reviews and there all to a T, trust me save your money, will never order pizza hut ever again.Cold, skimping on toppings some not even on the one, ,Supreme lover's, crap , ate 2 peices, garbage can crap.i had to ask for the bill 7.95 delivery fee and he wanted a tip . Dont wastevyour hard earned money people.

I ordered two thin crust large pizza and wings and a 2L pop! Both pizza were very dry and over baked! It’s hard like a rock and topping were so little! Wings were dried also! The delivery guy forgot the drink but were delivered right away and very apologetic, so thank you for the delivery guy! I paid 80$ and was just a waste of money! I used to order thin crust pizza here but were great until today! Won’t be ordering again!

One of the pizzas I ordered was “handcrafted” and when I got the pizza and took a bite out of it. I noticed that the middle part of the pizza appeared doughy and doesn’t look like it was fully cooked. When I called my local Pizza Hut and informed them that my pizza wasn’t cooked. They were arguing with me that it is and that they don’t know how to explain it but they examine and tested their pizzas and are always fully cooked. They offered to make me a new one if I came back so I went back to the Pizza Hut and showed them what I was talking about. They were arguing with me infront of other people that it is fully cooked and that if it wasn’t then why was the bottom and the crust brown? They also tried to convince me that the sides had bubbles and airy and though I said that I agree with them that part is cooked, the middle part isn’t and I can taste that it isn’t. They kept on insisting that I was wrong. No one apology. They were talking very loudly despite the fact that I said I do not want to argue with them anymore. I do not agree that their handcrafted pizzas are cooked and I’ve had handcrafted pizzas elsewhere. She kept insisting that if she cooks it more it would be burnt and if that’s what I wanted. Is this the type of customer service Pizza Hut is providing nowadays? She looked at me and says “YOU ARE WRONG”. Well I guess I am not coming back to Pizza Hut anymore if I am that wrong. Worst experience ever.
