My husband picked up 3 mediums today and also got a promotional Calzone. It was great as well, the pizza was awesome as usual. This is our favourite location.

The dough is not fresh. The first bite you can tell it’s weeks old. I use to own a pizza shop. You cannot fool me. While you make your profit with old dough. We suffer from gastrointestinal infections. Shady shady shady.

Last time. Another order. Says it's been delivered at 715. 45 mins from the time I ordered, (btw I live 7 mins away) I call 1 hour after. Where's my order? Sorry sir it's our delivery driver is already on it's way, 35 mons later. Still hasn't showed up, this place is incompetent. Morons who don't know how to do their job. And no this is not the 1st issue I've had or other I know in the area have had.

My workplace is close to this Pizza Hut, and trust me, I’ve tried nearly all the food options nearby—nothing beats this place! 😋The combination of great prices, excellent food quality, and outstanding service makes it stand out. The staff are always friendly and professional, especially Navi, who is incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. Highly recommend ☺️😊

I tried calling twice on a regular evening during open hours and whoever answered the phone hung up on me both times. They won't get my business again. 192 st and 27 Ave location.

Everytime I order delivery the Pizza Hut site says my food has been delivered, it has been multiple times where I have to go outside at least 3 times to check if it’s there. It always shows up 20-30 minutes late, I live 5 minutes from the Pizza Hut on 192. My food also showed up like warm and looked like it had been sitting. Not very happy at all.
