Ordered 3 pizzas yest from this location and realized they charge 5-6 bux more per pizza then other locations that I often order from. Delivery charge also is more. Then they send me a paper thin with barely any toppings pizza. Then the other 2 meat lovers which should look the same both come looking very different with barely any cheese on them. Worst location for a pizza hut and wont be going back to Panorama location.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!! Pizza hut does it again!!! Ordered 4 medium pizzas for an after midterm party and got 50% off for 3 of them since they were having a deal. Their Veggie Lovers had fresh, juicy vegetables that tasted divine with their crispy thin crust. Their cheese pizza also stretched and wasn't overly oily, so you could enjoy the taste without the afterward stomach pain at 3am. Didn't expect it to be a hit, but their Grilled Chicken Arrabbiata was a nice 1st try. The chicken was so good, it tasted like it was done on the grill (and the pizza was fully covered with it!). The delivery man was right on time, and seemed really cheerful and kind (even though I was a few minutes late opening the door). Overall great experience. Definitely recommendđ

I placed the order on Sept 13, 2025 from Panorama Surrey location for a large pizza and pasta. The lady I spoke to on phone named Gaganpreet Kaur has ZERO customer service etiquettes. Firstly, she did not even know the toppings. Not knowing something is fine but she literally argued with me over it when all I simply asked for was not to put any olives in the Mediterranean Con Pollo pasta as I am allergic. She said the pasta doesn't have any olives anyways. When I told her that app menu shows it comes with olives, but regardless of what app menu says just don't put any olives for me...she literally argued over it. After that, she raised her voice because I asked her for half and half pizza (Half Veggie and Half Margherita) saying they cannot do half and half pizza which was weird because I always get half and half. I told her to simply cancel the order as I didn't wanna eat from there anymore and transfer my order to different location. She said she did not know how to do it. I asked to speak with her manager and she said she was the manager which took me by surprise because as a manager she had: 1) Lack of knowledge about menu 2) Zero customer service. Anyways wasted my whole hour and ended up calling Fraser Hwy and 159 st and they gladly took my order. I've been to Panorama location before and other staff has always been super nice and friendly. But was very disappointed by this lady. Won't go to this location.

These guys sent lower cost drinks than what we ordered claiming they didnât have the correct items. I feel they should have contacted me and not simply replaced higher priced drinks with lower cost items without a price adjustment!???
The driver also clicked the order was âdeliveredâ the instant he left the store and then lied about it.
Theyâve pulled this drink scam on me in the past.

Great experience. The gluten-free pizza was a blast! Not only is it great to see the option available, but the chicken on it was perfectly tender and flavorful. I also appreciated that the pizza wasnât greasy so I actually enjoyed it without my hands getting oily. The atmosphere was calm and quiet and the tables were well-maintained. Lovely service all around. Will definitely be back.

I had a great experience with Pizza Hut! I ordered the Veggie Lover and was really impressedâthe pizza arrived right on time, still warm, and the vegetables were super fresh. The tomatoes were especially juicy and not rubbery at all, which I really appreciated. The crust was crispy without being oily, which made it even better. Overall, great service and quality!

I had a fantastic experience today at Pizza Hut in Panorama Village. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentiveâitâs clear that customer service is a top priority here.
I tried the BBQ Chicken Pizza and the Mediterranean Veggie Pizza, and both were absolutely delicious! The flavors were fresh and well-balanced, and the presentation was just as impressive. What really stood out was the crustâit was perfectly baked, wonderfully crisp, and had a light, satisfying crunch that made each bite even more enjoyable.
One small surprise for me was the lack of beef options on the menuâonly pork and chicken were available. Living in a country thatâs one of the worldâs largest producers of beef, I do hope that local restaurants like this one will consider adding beef-based choices in the future.
That being said, I truly enjoyed my visit and highly recommend this location for a tasty meal and top-notch hospitality. Iâll definitely be coming back!
