Over 45 mins for 1 pizza. After 45 mins employee said “someone forgot to take the pizza out of the oven, and it got burned”. Waited about 55 mins to get my order. Pathetic service. Extremely long wait for a mid pizza. 0/10.

I ordered a half Tandoori / half Butter Chicken pizza from Newton Pizza, but when I got home it all tasted like Tandoori. I called to get a replacement and was told they “can’t replace a pizza that’s been eaten,” even though three full slices were untouched.
I didnt get what I paid for, and their refusal to fix a clear mistake is unacceptable. Bad customer service and poor quality control. Very disappointing.

I ordered a chicken pizza from this place for the first time and I seriously regret it. At first the pizza looked fine but after eating it I started feeling extremely sick. I’ve been unwell since last night and i have food poisoning.I’m not sure if it was the chicken or the vegetables, but something was definitely spoiled. This isn’t just a bad meal it’s a serious health risk.
