We ordered 2 Pizzas through the phone because they only offers these pizzas at select locations when we arrived to pick it up, we were told the order had never been placed because the employee who took it forgot to enter it into the system and had already clocked out and gone home. No discount was initially offered for their mistake. After pushing for compensation, we were given only $5 off. Had to wait another 15 mins there waiting for them to make pizza which should have been ready to go overall, this was the worst customer service experience.

This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The chicken wings tasted extremely bitter, and soon after eating, I felt like vomiting. I am a regular customer, but this incident has completely ruined my trust. I will never visit this location again or any Pizza Pizza in the future. Pizza Pizza is hands down my favorite pizza brand. Their Creamy Garlic base has completely spoiled me—every other pizza just feels lacking now. The store staff were incredibly friendly, and my host Anmol was especially warm and welcoming. An all-around great experience!
It was great experience with this pizza pizza location....the test of my pizza was delicious 😋 they made it the way I wanted... interaction with staff was professional and very hygiene.

Earlier orders from this location were good, but the quality has gone downhill. This time they forgot to add toppings completely, even though I paid for them. What was more concerning was hygiene — staff used the same gloves after touching the dustbin and then continued making pizzas without changing them. This is unacceptable and very unhygienic. 2 years ago i gave 5 stars but not any more there service is same
