This is the second time I’ve seen the same employee working here, and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing. She does not seem to know how to properly respond to customers and appears confused about basic things like providing receipts, saying the system “does not work.”and she seems that she doesn’t understand customer’s need. What concerns me the most is food safety. She was making pizza without wearing gloves. When I asked why, she said they stopped wearing gloves because some customers complained, and that they just wash their hands instead. That is not an acceptable explanation. Gloves should be worn and changed as required — this is about customer health and cleanliness. We pay for food that should be prepared following proper hygiene standards. Cleanliness is not optional. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training and enforces proper food safety practices

Yesterday I went there for my order there was a boy in the front. He was so rude with the customers and has zero sense to speak zero customer service then I waited for my order at least 25 to 30 minutes, which is so long when I ask him that how long my order will take he speaks so rudely after this experience surely I will never visit this place again and also will not recommend this to any of my friends. Worst experience ever hope management will do something to improve their customer service.

I had to use the washroom and it had no toilet paper and the employee was very rude when i asked her if she can give me toilet paper she said no we don’t have any more in a very rude tone like why have a restroom open for public if you cant even stock something basic at your store do better.

The pepperoni pizza with mushrooms here was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly baked — soft on the inside, slightly crisp on the outside, just the right texture. The sauce had a rich, balanced flavor, not too tangy and not too sweet, with a wonderful hint of spices. Every bite had the perfect harmony of ingredients, making it impossible to stop eating.
