My wife tried to return a jar of pickled herring that had gone off. The woman said they don’t sell that so my wife walked over and took the product off the shelf and showed her. She said they don’t use those price tags. My wife showed them both to her, same tags. She basically implied my wife was trying to scam them. Walked out and will never shop there again. This is not how you treat members of your community.

I recently visited Polonia Bakery and Deli, and it turned out to be such a pleasant experience that I know I’ll be coming back. From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by the rich smell of freshly baked bread and pastries—it reminded me of the kind of traditional bakeries you don’t find very often anymore. The display cases were filled with homemade goods, from rye and sourdough loaves to sweet treats, and it all looked inviting and authentic. One of the highlights for me was the deli section. They offer a great selection of European meats, cheeses, and specialty items that you can’t always find in a regular grocery store. I picked up some kielbasa, pierogis, and a couple of unique cheeses, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The quality was far above what I normally find at big supermarkets, and the prices were reasonable considering the craftsmanship and authenticity of the products. The staff were friendly and warm, which added to the overall charm of the visit. They answered my questions about some of the baked goods and even made suggestions about which meats paired best with the breads I was buying. It felt like the kind of personalized service you get from a family-run shop where people genuinely care about their customers. The only minor drawback I noticed is that because everything is baked fresh, popular items can sell out quickly. I came later in the afternoon and missed out on a few things I wanted to try, so next time I’ll make sure to arrive earlier in the day. Overall, Polonia Bakery and Deli is a gem for anyone who appreciates fresh, homemade bread, authentic European deli items, and a warm community vibe. It’s the kind of place where shopping feels enjoyable rather than like a chore. I’ll definitely return soon to explore more of their baked goods and deli specialties.

On July 29, 2025, at around 12:40 PM, I visited Polonia Bakery & Deli to purchase a sandwich. They would not serve me and suggested I go to the restaurant next door. I felt unwelcome and will not return.
Their behavior made me feel targeted due to my ethnicity, which was deeply upsetting.

Very tasty sausages, hams, salami etc. Great selection very good of bread and cakes Everything is made on site, which is unique and therefore very tasty. Some different products from Poland Prices vary, it's not expensive but it's not cheap either.The quality of cold cuts, bread and cakes is at a high level. Overall, I recommend it.

Decided to check this place out because its our local deli. Save yourself a trip. Mondays they don't have fresh baked items or sandwiches. You will come and stand around for 20 minutes while everyone around you gets helped and no one will acknowledge you or look in your direction. At least it smells amazing when you walk in. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

Was there today. No parking, lots of people inside, only one person among 4 or 5 workers who speaks English. Workers don’t know their inventory.

Fantastic ham n cheese sandwich and polish bbq sausage + a tomato drink. Came here for a quick bite to eat and I was not disappointed at all. Total came to ~11$. Great deal and great value. Glad I stopped here to eat and not some fast food joint. Service was with a smile was a nice for a change too. 5/5
