“Majority of the time, the chicken are hot and juicy because they make small batches continuously. I've only had two experiences where my take-out were cold and dry. The staff are so friendly and they offered me a drink while I wait for my order that was taking longer to prepare than expected.“

“we just recently visited this branch after stopping for a while. we stopped because we thought that the chicken is over hyped and over priced. however, with the 'other' chicken place that we normally go to, we just feel that the offering is getting pricier and pricier with the servings getting lesser and lesser and the taste getting blander and blander. so we decided to try again Popeye's, and we were glad we did. at the time of our visit, they're having a combo promo for their chicken and not only that it was priced right for the servings, the taste seemed to be better than our old Popeye's experience. the chicken was juicy, tasty and priced friendly, so as the staff in this branch. definitely be coming back. keep it up.“

“I love Popeyes but they need to fix their gravy. Just let the gravy be gravy instead of making it too thick and adding a bunch of leftover chicken scraps in it. It’s like a chicken scrap pudding. It used to be a nice gravy to dip the biscuit, fries and chicken but not anymore. I suspect it’s a sneaky cost saving tactic by adding filler. And also they purposefully do not give you napkins unless you ask for it, even for dine ins, which is very annoying if you forget to ask and have to walk all the way back to counter with greasy hands.“
