TLDR, received wrong item, put an ice cold bottle directly on top of food.
First of all I ordered a diet coke but they put a root beer directly on top of the food which made it cold, not room temperature cold, fridge temperature cold. The condensation from the bottle also got the paper bag wet and broken down when i received it. They also put one tray of food directly on top of the other without a paper or something??
Only ate a little bit bc the food was ice cold and extremely salty.
I’m not sure if the person put the order together is capable of working there.

not a single time can they get the sauce right every single time they shove buttermilk ranch in its like they don't have any other sauce there i asked for buffalo sauce they continue to put buttermilk make sure you get the sauces before the meal otherwise they gonna give u buttermilk

Chicken tastes good, as long as its freshly cooked. Ordered 16-piece to go and when we got home almost half were shriveled, hardened meat, like it was from the previous day and just heated up and placed at the bottom of the box. Feels like you got ripped off.

I requested white meat but received entirely dark. The portion has shrunk into equally small bits. I'm unhappy because things aren't as they used to be. I am extremely disappointed because I do not eat dark meat, I have left but not realized it

The chicken was delicious the first time I went. The Mac and cheese were gross, maybe it was soap in the dish, it wasn't cleaned properlyor the cream used was not good. It had a weird taste to it. No flavor and overall not good. I don't understand how that is hard to mess up mac and cheese all often. It is never good. I went back 2 days later for chicken and fries. The chicken looked weird and tasted weird. My stomach started hurting for most of that day.
This is unfortunate because most of the time the chicken was good in the past.
