I even went up to the counter and asked one of employees if it’s supposed to be like this. I think it was either the chicken or the gravy. Employee said that’s how it’s supposed to be. Being that I spent like $15 on a few fries and, pretty much JUST deep fried batter with a little bit of chicken. And I was starving. I ate most of it. I should’ve listened to my gut… and not eat it. Well, my gutts are pissed off. I may have to call in sick for work. I don’t even know what to do here.

Now your chicken pieces are smaller! You're just catching up to another fried chicken Fast food in serving size. I left them because of this, and now I will leave you too...

I love their chicken but definitely suggest pre-ordering online. It's always stressful waiting in line as everyone is circling the counter like wolves waiting for their chicken. I wouldn't eat in as it's always dirty in the dining area. Family favorite for chicken! I'd pass on the sides, especially the onion rings.

The food is great. But service needs work. They had ONE girl in food expediting, and she was managing Mobile and In-store orders, and she was swamped. And we all had to wait. She did a GREAT JOB. 2 x managers walking around doing nothing. Help with service first management. This young girl was in need of help. Next time, I'll say something.
