Really bad customer service by a girl named neetu . She took my order and left the store and didnt tell anyone about the order . I waited for 45 minutes for my order , while others who came after me got the order first . When i asked the staff there on the counter about my order , she said what should i do in a very rude tone. Really annoying service by the staff.

We ordered 10 samosas yesterday evening, they were literally fridge cold from the inside and hot from the outside. Additionally ordered green chutney and when came home it was missing but got charged for it. Sorry but you lost few customers because of the cold served samosas.

Prabu is a wonderful sweet shop with excellent service. The staff are extremely hardworking,polite,and friendly. They always treat customers with respect and care. The food is fresh,delicious,and of very good quality.Everything is well preapred and tastes amazing. i am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The sweets are really good! Authentic flavour of Bengal sweets which is rare to find. Especially the white Cham Cham! Absolutely delicious. The samosas are great too. Totally worth it!
