Worst customer service ever!! The ladies working at the front desk have a really bad attitude. My first and last experience with them was weird. I ordered 3 pounds of paneer pakora and 10 Samosas on the phone and had to wait there for 45 minutes. The "Aunties" at the cash counter don't care about the way they are speaking to the customers. No value of your time. Their food and sweets are not so good but expensive. Visit them only if you have plenty of time to waste !!!

I went in to get some sweets but they took 45 minutes just to serve 3 customers; ladies just don’t care anything; forget customer service. No value for time ; only one person in front of; hire more staff or just let people know that you guys are so good that we have to wait 1 hour which other shops just take 5- 10 minutes; Also , sweets were just average. Just a hype but extremely poor service

Worst restaurant ever I ordered gulab jamun I don’t know for what reason they sent the frozen ones and the box was leaking so bad that it ruined DoorDasher’s car as well like are you guys for real disgusting never ever ordering food from this store again and will also ask family and friends to be aware of such weird places

Yesterday night around 8-9pm we bought 6 smosa, and today when i was having one at my work. I got nail in it and nail was literally in my mouth. Please please make sure of hygiene in kitchen and proper PPE including gloves. Attaching a picture
